Customer Review Summary

Breakfast draws the most praise, with reviewers describing delicious French toast with crispy bacon, an Avo Sandwich that exceeded expectations, and Royal Eggs Hollandaise with a hint of tomato. A hot chocolate served in a teapot, a veggie breakfast, and a croissant with an Americano from the breakfast rapide also get mentions. Close behind is the lunch and dinner side, where diners single out the sea bream, potted crab, minute steak, charcuterie and a pistachio creme brulee, while another enjoyed beef bourguignon with gratin dauphinois. Service is repeatedly called friendly and attentive, and several reviewers describe the same server as accommodating across more than one visit. The one criticism comes from a regular of other branches, who says a cocktail offer code failed halfway through the drinks, found the terms unclear about single use, and was unhappy with how the server handled it. Parents with a toddler at breakfast were offered a high chair.

“Came here with friends on a warm morning for breakfast. It had air conditioning which was very nice. Service was great excellent and very kind. I got the Royal Eggs Hollandaise which was delicious and the hint of tomato just made the dish. They have a good selection of breakfast options from sweet to savoury.”

“Tyrell was courteous and accommodating when a friend was lost and arrived late in the rain last week .We had a stress free breakfast so I’m back ! This time passing on my bike and decided to stop for Fuel and a moment far from the madding crowd that is LIFE ! Tyrell is here once more and he is both efficient and invisible which is the perfect case scenario ! I am enjoying an Americano and awaiting my croissant ! It’s the breakfast rapide which is also budget friendly ! A pause to greet the day …Hip HIp Hooray for Côte Brasserie ! A great neighborhood hot spot”

“My husband and I came for the midweek lunch special and it was delicious. Definitely have the crab and the sea bream! We sat outside and nothing was too much trouble for Tyrell. We’ve been served by him in the past and he is always so friendly and attentive! Looking forward to our next visit already ☺️”

“Since I am a regular visitor to many branches of Côte, I have left several positive reviews of other branches ( St Paul's, High Street Kensington, Hays Gallery, Wimbledon, RFH... there are possibly others!) Although I like the food, I was disappointed with the service on this visit. I used a special offer code to get two cocktails. We were given our drinks and halfway through told that the code did not work. Why was I not told immediately and then I would not have had these cocktails! I read the terms and conditions and it did not make it clear that the code could only be used once. They really should have made that clear in their terms and conditions, especially since this is actually stated with other offers. I am also not happy with the way the server handled this. Due to this, I am not happy with the service I received on this occasion.”
