Customer Review Summary
Positive reviewers single out the salt and pepper prawns and a strong blackbean sauce, and one calls a delivered noodle meal tasty and generous, though that diner wanted more gravy. Others describe the food as consistently great and always delicious, and one credits the chef. Reviews split sharply, and the complaints are specific. Chips draw the most criticism, described as hard when re-fried and as disgusting. A sweet and sour dish was called very bitter with blackened contents, the Hot and Sour soup smelled and tasted burned, and the Singapore noodles were very dry. One diner found the chicken satay sticks inedible, with fatty gristle in a jelly-like goop, and another said the Thai beef red curry was a thick, sweet, yellowy green gravy rather than a curry. The prawn crackers were chewy. Staff are called pleasant and helpful, and one reviewer was handed a full order in about three minutes, then said it was a meal fit for the dog.

“Staff pleasant and helpful, food piping hot and quick service....... However....... I ordered Hot & Sour soup, Thai Beef Red Curry and Egg Fried Rice along with a portion of Prawn Crackers. Firstly the Hot & Sour soup smelled and tasted burned, not pleasant though did appear to have a generous helping of chicken, meat and prawns. Then onto the main, well I'm actually uncertain what I was served..... it was sort of yellowy green and of a thick gravy consistency, tasted like a sweet gravy to be fair, certainly not a curry. Then to top it off the prawn crackers well I can only assume they were days old as they were just really chewy......”
