  “Really love the food and the atmosphere at an unbelievable price. Not many places balance spice and flavor but Chilli Flames does it consistently. I couldn't recommend it more when you are looking for a place to eat in the city center. The food is also halal. I was served by Lohith with superb customer service. I was too excited to eat it and didn't snap a picture to share”

  “Burger addict here. Paid £12.49 for a double smash burger. SHOCKING ! how small, burnt and hard it was, could have smashed a window with it. Lucky I didn’t break a tooth. Advertised pictures are a misrepresentation and should be removed. NEVER AGAIN ! COMPLETE RIP OFF !!”

  “I had a great experience at Chilli Flames Cardiff. The food was excellent, but what really stood out was the customer service. A special mention to Lohith, who works front of house. He provided outstanding service throughout — friendly, attentive, and extremely professional. He handled everything smoothly, supported the team well, and showed strong leadership, especially during busy periods. You could clearly see that he takes responsibility and ensures customers feel welcome and looked after. Thanks to Lohith and the team, the overall experience was top-class. I’d definitely recommend this place and will be returning again.”

  “I had a great experience at Chilli Flames Cardiff. The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavour, and served hot and fresh. You can really tell that quality and consistency matter here. A special shout-out to Asim, the chef — his cooking was outstanding. Everything was perfectly seasoned, well cooked, and presented with care. It’s clear that he takes real pride in his work, and it genuinely makes a difference to the overall experience. The service was quick, the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Thanks to Asim and the team, this visit was memorable, and I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!”

  “I really didn’t like their peri peri wings/strips, the flavour was strange, and not very peri-peri but the burger was quite tasty and the fries were fresh and nice. One of the burgers had two “bottom” pieces of bun which was a shame.”

  “I ordered a half chicken from Chilly Flames on St Mary Street, Cardiff, and paid £8.99. When I received my order, I was shocked. They gave me only one small piece and said it counted as two pieces. The quantity was very poor for the price. When I asked the staff about it, their attitude was rude and unprofessional. One older man who was not even in uniform spoke badly instead of helping.when i explained him about the issue he told me he not delivering chicken, i didnt knew god has gifted him special power to get pregent and deliver chicken babies for the chilly falmes . No sauce or extras were given either. If you are taking money, at least provide proper quantity, quality, and respectful service. This was a very disappointing experience. Worst shop in Cardiff.”

  “Absolutely delicious. I ordered the fries with chicken and some toppings and it was delicious! Also the portions are huge. I ordered the large meal and couldn't finish 😂. Staff are very friendly too. Please make sure to clean more often the tables.”
