  “Usually love this inclusive and beer forward pub but had a bad time today! A takeover meant beers were limited and expensive — unfortunately paid £15 for a pint, not sure I’ve ever had a bartender not flag a price like that before pouring it. And the lines desperately need a clean. Had to take a pint back as the lines had turned it sour (it’s one I’ve drank in here before!) and bartender wouldn’t accept the problem or offer to swap it for a fresh pint — another new experience…”

  “Nice pub, on this visit I just stopped in for a quick snack during a quiet period but I've been before and it's a lively night time destination for live bands and assorted entertainment. Their pizza absolutely slaps and is well priced considering the quality is very good. Nice range of beers from the UK and overseas.”

  “Great range of beers including random sours and Dipas on tap rhat I wasn't brave enough to try! Great atmosphere, friendly staff and genuinely tasty pizza available to order to your table in their pub garden. Top notch”

  “My favourite pub in Cambridge! One that goes above and beyond to make itself as welcoming and inclusive as possible. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Very good and broad selection of drinks, beyond your average pub fare. There always seems to be something on. The pub quiz on a Wednesday is such chaotic fun, that's highly recommended! (I know Oscar's pizza is a separate business, but shoutout to some of the best pizza in Cambridge!)”

  “Lovely pub. The pizzas are great! They always have such a diversity of beers and the prices are not absurd like in other pubs in Cambridge! The pub is so LGBTQ+ friendly and open, hope it stays a wonderful and safe space!”

  “Best pizza I've had for a while, and great beer. Four cask taps and about ten gastaps. Relaxed fun atmosphere, indie rock soundtrack. Can get a little busy with university students.”

  “What a find, stumbled in here on my visit to Cambridge and was welcomed with a large range of beer and an excellent pizza menu. Lovely atmosphere inside, and the pizza was delicious. An unassuming place, but it absolutely delivered. Nice outdoor space too”

  “Always a good time here. The pizza is genuinely good, and the beer selection is impressive and regularly changing. The atmosphere is one of the friendliest in Cambridge. It does attract a lot of university students during term, but outside of term it feels much more like a local pub. There is regular programming such as pub quizzes and karaoke, which keeps things lively. Getting a seat can be difficult on busy nights, but people are constantly coming and going, so it usually works out.”
