“Subpar spoons, food and service has definitely gone downhill whenever management changed a few years back. Aren't allowed to vape outside except in a small shitty section. Used to be my favourite spoons, now it's my least favourite!”

“Well I think customer service died here. The drinks server left the tray on our table and when the food came I tried to help the server place his tray on our table. As I picked the tray left behind by the drinks server I accidentally knocked over my little boys drink spilling apple juice all over the table. I asked the sever could we please have another apple juice and the reply was ‘if you order one at the bar you can’. no thank for moving the tray to help him or anything. Very poor customer service. Shame one staff member lets a whole team down.”
