“Hmm... How long has Nando's become an upmarket McDonalds ? Firstly - nothing wrong with the staff - they were attentive and did their best. It's just that the food has become something dictated by someone behind a computer in an office block in Basingstoke. Everything is carefully portioned, controlled, identical. It's lost its soul. Nando's just isn't fun any more, and now feels more like you're going to a takeaway burger joint.”

“Went for dinner with my boyfriend I’ve never personally been to this Nando’s but my boyfriend has been many times Would just like to say from the greeting at the door to the service to the table Lucinda the manager on duty was fantastic Excellent service, she has a personality that’s infectious, she smiles and looks happy at work (which is something I don’t see at other Nando’s) It makes the whole experience stand out from all the other Nando’s Thank you Lucinda for a wonderful experience at Nando’s park street 5 very enthusiastic stars from me”
