  “We stopped by the Brass Haus on the 20/08/2026 after being enticed in by the menu outside and I’m so glad we did. The food that we had was exceptional and the service was fantastic. The lady that took our order was amazing. I didn’t get her name but she had coloured hair. Whilst we were eating a lady started to sing and this made our day and our stop here even more special as she was fantastic. Thank you and keep up the great work. You guys rock 🤘 😎”

  “We booked a booth for my father in law's birthday. Upon arrival the staff were aware of our booking and very accommodating with whatever we need for the booth. Annie and Evianna were amazing behind the bar and couldn't do enough for us. The food was amazing, especially for the price. Tasted and presented at a much higher standard than the price indicated. Between 14 meals not 1 complaint. The chef who I believe were Peter and John came to check if everything was ok and we had zero complaints. Would highly recommend, especially for an occasion.”

  “Lyndsey served me at the bar as I was struggling with the app. She was amazing in helping with tech and choosing the right drink We ate 5 of the small plates and the chefs Jon and Oscar cooked our food to perfection. The top plate for us was the pulled beef tacos which were amazing The staff here are a credit to the company without them I would have walked out”

  “Had the Blazin' Blue Beef Burger. It was amazing, really tasteful and a lot to it. It came with some nice chips. Decent pricing. Service came with a smile & friendliness ☺️ Great place for solo, with friends and/family. Highly recommend!”

  “Lyndsey and Oscar provided an amazing experience from start to finish. The bar service was excellent—friendly, professional, and they made sure everyone was looked after all evening. Drinks were served quickly, the setup looked great, and nothing was too much trouble. The food was equally impressive—fresh, well presented, and absolutely delicious. Guests commented on how good everything was, and the quality really stood out. They both clearly take pride in what they do, and it shows in the service they provide. I would highly recommend Lyndsey and Oscar to anyone looking for outstanding bar service and fantastic food for an event. Reliable, approachable, and genuinely great at what they do.”

  “I have been to almost every pub you can think of in Bournemouth but I must say that by far my favourite is Brass Haus and I have to say that the best customer service I have ever had is by far from Lyndsey as she had a very nice smile, was very bubbly, happy, kind and make me feel really happy. Now the fish and chips for the price is excellent and it has to be the best out of the pubs the company own that run the lunchtime deal 🤝 Chris/ade know how to to cook a real nice 👍 fish and chips and the dessert is really good too which is a sticky toffee pudding 🍮”

  “I have nothing but nice things to say! The few times I have been, the service has been excellent. Staff are friendly & accommodating and the service is quick. Jacob in particular was very lovely! The atmosphere is great, whether it’s quiet or lively, with a sound proof private karaoke room (awesome!) , live music & dancing and quiz nights. The food.. there is such a good choice, I can never pick. I’ve tried many dishes (starters and mains) and they have all been really tasty. The steak is to absolutely die for, was cooked to perfection and seasoned beautifully. It’s amazing value for money too! Would definitely recommend and will come back regularly ❤️”

  “Popped out for lunch with my partner and my mum, had amazing service from our waitress Lyndsey from the start, very polite, happy & cheerful. Also, the food cooked by Chris was bloody amazing, absolutely nothing at fault. Will definitely visit again!! Thank you so much for great hospitality.”
