Customer Review Summary
Sunday roast draws the most praise, with one reviewer calling the meat and gravy spot on, though the roast potatoes and greens were a little tough. Close behind are desserts, a Bueno brownie with Biscoff ice cream and a vegan Bakewell tart, along with fish goujons and gyros that one reviewer found not typically Greek style. Several describe friendly, helpful staff and a lovely place for family and friends, and one mentions comfy leather couches. The complaints carry real weight. One diner felt ignored by a waitress, had to get up to find her, and found an ID check abrupt. Others describe a cramped table layout where conversation competed with neighbouring tables, and an atmosphere where talking normally felt too loud. Vegan diners report a dish listed as vegan arriving with egg and coming late with no compensation, while another found no dairy-free milk and no vegan dessert. Even so, one of them said the vegan Bakewell tart made up for the egg mix-up.

“Best ever Sunday roast with most reasonable price. The gyros are great but may be not typical greek style. Regardless, it's mouthwatering still. The staffs are amazing. Lovely place for family/friends gathering.”

“Saturday lunch. Not too busy and tye menu offers a good selection. The staff are friendly, service is good and the portion size just right. Would definitely come back for a meal or just a drink.”

“Booked a table yesterday around 5pm, was very quiet. was asked twice if we were ok to leave by 7pm which was absolutely fine, however once inside the staff were in absolutely no rush. In fact we had to get up and find our waitress more than once to ask for certain things as she didn't seem in the least bit interested in helping us. No welcoming atmosphere, no asking if we were ok or needed anything else. She asked for ID from a member of our party - which is perfectly fine, however the manner in which it was done was abrupt and quite frankly rude. She stared for quite a while before handing it back and walking off with a sigh. No thank you and it certainly wasn't discreet! She didn't smile once and didn't show any kindness or consideration. We didn't stay for dessert or coffees (which we usually would) as the atmosphere was appalling. Would not recommend **Put a review on Facebook but they removed it as they can't accept criticism!!”

“Had a lovely Mother’s Day lunch, food was outstanding. Every dish was very well presented and so tasty, we all enjoyed it. Even though it was full being Mother’s Day, we were still sat at the correct time and food came out on time. We have only been twice but will go again for sure.”
