Burgers draw the most mentions. Others like the new menu's variety, with one parent saying their son loves the nachos, the sausage and mash, and the build your own sundae. Staff are repeatedly described as friendly and quick, and one diner says the food arrived sizzling soon after ordering. Against that, several reviewers say the food has slipped. Another got cold chips and chicken that felt plastic-coated after a long wait at the table. Groups describe meals arriving in staggered batches, with children's meals last, and two say complaints were met with a shrug or no apology. One steak was sent back and swapped for a burger, with no refund or drink offered for the difference.

“I have been to 'The Three Pigeons' countless times in the past with friends & family & never once had a bad experience. Visited today with my friend & we had 'The Old Faithful' Double beef burger topped with bacon, lettuce, tomato & American-style cheesy slices & upgraded our 'Skin On Fries' to the 'Smokehouse Waffle Fries' which were topped with Barbacoa pulled beef and spring onion with BBQ and nacho cheese sauce. Absolutely amazing!! If you like a burger, then this is the place to visit. The staff are friendly & the service is quick - All of this as well as a large carpark with plenty spaces & as an added bonus, I noticed some Amazon collection point lockers within the carpark. Brilliant!! Great tasting food and extremely good value.”

“The culinary experience was exceptional. The venue itself was delightful, though we did note a minor concern regarding the presence of flies in our seating area. Beverages were served appropriately chilled, and the service provided was commendable.”
