  “I visited today with my friends for breakfast, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the environment was peaceful and welcoming, and the seating arrangement was perfect. The service was also excellent and very impressive, especially the hospitality and professionalism shown by Mr. Hammad. Overall, we had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast.   “Visited Apna Lahore in Birmingham for a Pakistani desi breakfast after hearing so much hype about the place. The restaurant was extremely busy, and I must say the service was good and the staff were polite and hardworking. However, I honestly don’t understand why people are so crazy about this place. In my opinion, the food is very overpriced for the quality and quantity being served. The hygiene standards also did not feel very good. The halwa portion was shockingly small literally just about two spoons which was disappointing considering the price. The poori tasted like it was fried in old oil with a very unpleasant odor, and overall the food lacked both quality and authentic taste. tasteless food. Sadly, the experience did not live up to the hype for me. I wouldn’t visit again, and I hope they improve their food quality and hygiene because the place definitely has potential”

  “Me and my sister love this place. Been here so many times. Everything we've tried so far is 10/10. (Halwa pori, kulcha channa, paratha omelette, tea, paaye.) Everything was so delicious. Authentic taste. And the service is very good aswell. Best desi breakfast spot for us.”

  “Best traditional Pakistani food place around. I have tried similar places including Alamgir and Taste of Pakistan where I had poor experiences, Apna Lahore is definitely the best around. We went on a busy Sunday for brunch and were sat down within minutes of arriving, the food was served to us quick and piping hot too! Fresh/tasty food, friendly staff, amazing levels of hygiene and a great atmosphere. Food is so good and authentic that it reminds you of Pakistan... wouldn’t go anywhere else!”
