  “I don't understand how this business is still running. They're terrible neighbours and by being a local myself, their attitude to being responsible owners is disgusting. Over the last few weeks I've passed it multiple times a day, from morning until late at night. The burglar alarms are blaring for over 24 hour periods with no attention from the owners. Over the last few weeks this has happened on several occaisions. Nearby businesses and residential living next door either side are affected by this. It's so disruptive - don't know what kind of place you're running because your decency is questionable.”

  “The best Place to have late drinks popped in with a group of friends on the weekend. Good Dj, big choice of drinks and champagnes. Great atmosphere, quick bar staff, polite security. Definitely coming back.”

  “Visited on 16/11/24 for a group birthday celebration. Security was friendly, bar staff quick, and the DJ played great tunes all night. Definitely recommend for a late drink! Great bar!”

  “Where to start........ SMH Cocktail bar👎 2/10 .... I think not they have a 4 in one pre made cocktail pump. They did not have a cocktail menu therefore if you did like the selection they had then that was it. Location👍. 7/10 Good location on the outskirts of city centre and parking. Staff👍 6/10- Friendly and approachable Decor - 🫳 5/10 the open booth was comfortable with cushions with few Toilets 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 they were not cleaned and we were the first people in the place and there was not many people in the place for them to be so dirty. There are no locks on the doors on either cubicle. The flushing mechanism is exposed and the buttons to press to flush were missing. Did not appreciate walking into the cubicle the bin and toilet brush were on a high self in the small cubicle so you have no choice but walk face on in order to close the door behind you. The toilets is what really put me off the place. I dread using them. Overall its a no for me not a place I would intentionally get ready to attend again.”

  “Atmosphere for this place is disgusting past 3am, the security wouldn't let me in because, and I quote from the head bouncer 'Don't let my man in, I do not know him' They lied to me and said it was a 'Private event' when they were accepting other people and letting them pay cash on the door. I don't usually leave reviews, but come here if you want to be discriminated against for 0 reason at all. The place looks nice inside - but that's even if you can get through the door.”

  “We had a fabulous evening at The Tropicana. It was what we needed after a hectic week. Top class customer service, food was delicious and we enjoyed the music.”
