“A well established, independent, dog- friendly pub, with real log fires in the heart of Berkhamsted; considered by many to be a "proper" pub. With the benefit of parking & a sunny beer garden, backing on to the canal. Plus an enclosed, heated mediterranean styled decking area to the rear, perfect for Al Fresco dining. Homemade cakes & coffee are available from 12pm.There is a dedicated gin bar & a selection of local real ales. We offer lunch & dinner service from our Seasonal Al a Carte menu. Sunday is all about our home cooked Roast, served till 5.00pm.”

“The team at the Bull catered for 26 of us. Perfect - a great little menu offered as a buffet selection- food was delicious for kids and grown ups- fab selection of tasty treats (eg chicken strips with bbq sauce, goujons, Yorkshire puds, mac n cheese, salad, coleslaw and humous, fries and plenty more plus cakes for dessert) all for £15 per head - very well priced and they looked after us so well.”
