  “I want to acknowledge and appreciate the extremely kind and patient service that I observed on July 11. The very sweet barista helped an elderly gentleman in a motorized wheelchair to get his coffee and dessert to his table and then spent the time to help him into his seat and then plug in his wheelchair. She did this with such care and in a way that completely respected him and his dignity - it was truly moving to see. Thanks for going out of the way to take care of him.”

  “Good service, good coffee but the place seems very untidy and the floors needed to be swept and tables cleaned. This seems to be the case in most restaurants and coffee shops I visited in Ireland and Northern Ireland. Otherwise a nice place, just pick up a broom.”

  “Very busy place! Ladies are nice and deliver everything quickly. You can feel difference who serves you based on the questions. Definitely some of armchairs will be good to replace or fix as is not giving a nice first impression. But if you are waiting for bus or train is a good place to have a sit. Coffee was not bad, I picked up as always vanilla cappuccino and decided to have some breakfast and ordered panini. Was fairly good.”

  “Although the shop isn't so busy with the train station closing, the food and beverages were still great, the staff seem a little low in mood, maybe the lack of foot traffic is affecting them. Still very pleasant, quick and efficient. As always pleased with the service and friendliness. Quieter than usual.”
