  “It's been many a moon since I supped at the Curfew. But seeing an empty spot right outside (a rare occasion occurrence) I parked up and carried awhile. It was very quite on the day. I seem to remember it being on the Cask Marque Ale Trail at one point. - not so now, but the ale St Austelles Tribute was in noble condition. There was no food available at time of visit, they were still looking for a decent chef. Because of this, they allow outside food brought in from the numerous fast food outlets nearby. The interior decor is much changed and much improved with it. For those who can't bare to be without staring at their screens awhile - the wi-fi spreads to the tables outside.”

  “I’m going to declare 6 stars for this cosy, spotlessly-clean pub because the food was amazing and the service from the lovely men behind the bar and the young waitress was immaculate. Thank you so much for accommodating me and my luggage and making me feel at home.”

  “The Curfew is around the corner from us and has always been an under sung pub in the town however since Mick & Co have been there, it’s gone from strength to strength. We hired the upstairs room for my other half’s birthday bash a few weeks back, there was a good 50+ people at the party and the bar team didn’t miss a beat. Amazing service & pristine drinks. I couldn’t recommend hiring this space more for intimate parties. We also had lunch here the following Sunday. A phenomenal roast lunch, with a perfect choice of alternates cooked to perfection, the mixed berry Eton Mess to finish was on point. Perfect meringues, not too sweet and a balanced compote of berries with lashings of cream. Delicious. Mick and the bar team have taken this place to where it belongs, the top of hospitality accompanied by excellently kept Guinness, Ales, Lagers & Wines.”

  “We wondered into this cafe on our first night in Bath and we were not disappointed. Scrumptious food and nice drinks. Staff were very friendly. The atmosphere - family friendly and relaxing with comfy seating. Do pop in there if you are in the area.”
