Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often hold private events here, and the wedding reception, 30th birthday party and film screenings they describe all draw praise for the room and the staff. One reviewer says the manager took the stress out of a wedding reception, and another says staff went above and beyond for every hire requirement. Another group hosted a party for a second year, praising plentiful food and the tin foil kits staff handed out for leftovers. Close behind are the live gigs, with intimate jazz, world and folk nights that one reviewer says were at capacity every time, so they suggest booking well in advance. Others mention a music class performance and a Polish disco polo party. Friendly staff, a large selection of drinks and food served quickly to the table come up repeatedly. One reviewer notes the area has only residential parking, with free street spots further up a steep hill. Reviewers raise no real complaints.
