About The Cork
The Cork is a pub in Bath, on Westgate Buildings, with a bar on each of its two floors. Upstairs, the bar serves hearty fare and tapas. Downstairs, a separate cocktail bar covers the drinks. Karaoke is a regular feature, and the private booths let a group take turns at the microphone. Hen and stag parties are among those who end a pub crawl here. Dogs are welcome, and a water bowl is provided for them.

Customer Review Summary
Karaoke draws the most reviewers, from a stag do that was given a table while waiting and bumped forward in the queue to a mother's 60th birthday spent in the karaoke booths. Close behind is the staff, with several describing a server or bartender who helped them choose from the drink selection, and others calling the door staff polite and friendly. Reviewers also mention a lively atmosphere, good tunes, a wonderful pint, and a pub that suits the end of a crawl alongside hen dos. The complaints are specific. One reviewer found the kitchen not serving food when it was expected to be open, after already buying a glass of wine, and recalls an earlier closure when the chef was reportedly injured, calling the whole thing inconsistent. Another describes the toilets as gross on a Tuesday afternoon and says the pub used to be better cared for. A dog owner on a hot day reports that staff gave their dogs their own bowl, and that the air con made it a good place to recharge.

“Tilly, the bartender, was incredibly helpful when picking out from the selection of drinks. Had a wonderful pint and a great time with great tunes. Thank you Cork!!”

“Drinks were fine but the state of the toilets is totally unacceptable. I was shocked, I can’t believe it’s so poorly kept, it made me feel sad really. It’s a Tuesday afternoon & it was like this. The Cork used to be cared for years ago, even if it was a lively venue. This is just so gross.”

“Staff always nice, but very hit or miss whether you’re going to find them serving food. Came today and while the kitchen is “usually” already open around now according to the lovely girl on bar, it just doesn’t seem to be happening today & she seemed unsure on why. A while back their chef was apparently injured so they weren’t serving. Just reallyyyy inconsistent. Had already bought a fairly pricey glass of wine before enquiring about food. ATP may as well become bank staff so I can hop into the kitchen and make some chips myself.”
