Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often come for the view of the Humber Bridge and the estuary, taken in from the indoor seating area with its windows or from the outdoor tables and benches along the Viking Way. Food and drink sit close behind. One diner singles out a cheeseburger and chips, with a juicy burger and chips crispy outside and fluffy inside. Another saw hot dogs and cocktails going out to tables, and the place is also described as a stop for coffee, butties and alcohol. Others mention plenty of parking, room for kids to play, and that dogs are welcome. The indoor hut is called charming, filled with strange oddities. The main criticism is value. One reviewer felt ripped off by two burgers served without chips or sauce, with the salad making up much of the plate, though service was still good. Another says the signs to the viewing area dry up. Staff are repeatedly called friendly and helpful, and one visitor says they were extremely helpful with his coeliac wife.

“Lovely views and great location, had good service but couldn't help but leave feeling ripped off paying £17 for 2 burgers expecting them to be something quite decent for the price baring in mind that wasnt even with chips to be served this absolute rubbish if there was no salad init there would t be anything to it not even served with sauce, shocking really, could be something really special if they got the food and pricing right.”
