  “Don’t know what’s changed recently, maybe new ownership? but i’ve ordered from here since i was a little girl (now an adult) and i never had issues before until recently. suddenly delivery costs even when order is over 10 quid, don’t do free garlic breads anymore, rude staff (mainly the women) and the wrap i ordered today was drier than a desert and did not have sauce in even tho i paid for it to. very disappointed with it recently.”

  “Ordered food, waited an hour & half for it to arrive to find the calazone clap cold! & was only 5 minutes away for delivery & not the first time this has happened, last time I phoned to complain & the attitude was shocking, to put it politely! Will definitely NOT be using these lot again! Beware! 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 Will be informing people by word of mouth as well! Only gave 1 star as i had to to post this review!”

  “Ordered the Mexicano and fudge cake and I wasn't disappointed at all, also arrived sooner than suggested so was more than happy. Would recommend to anyone over some of the chain pizza places.”

  “As ever great food and the delightful lady tonight even called back with the missed can of Pepsi as if it was no trouble to her. Never had a bad order from them whatever I have ordered. Spot on. 👍”

  “Do not recommend. My order was cancelled for living too far away for delivery (why was it an option to order in the first place then) but the restaurant apparently couldn't cancel it themselves on the app for my refund yo come through and I had to contact deliveroo. Both times I spoke to the restaurant on the phone they were rude and offered no apology for this and deliveroo managed to contact them eventually to confirm cancellation so they could refund me after the restaurant basically took zero responsibility for the situation.”

  “I recently placed my first order with Belly Buster after they were recommended to me, and while the food was nice, I’m disappointed with the overall experience. The order arrived late, and my can of Pepsi was missing. I called to report the issue, and while they said they’d send it out, it never arrived. On top of that, when I called, I felt rushed off the phone, which added to the frustration. As a new customer, this was really disappointing. While the food was good, the poor service has left me hesitant to order again.”

  “Belly Buster in York. Have used them before for delivery and have not had a problem, however. Yesterday 7/4/25 despite spending £30 i did not get the free Garlic Bread, the Large Pizza did not look as if the crust was stuffed with cheese, I asked for BBQ sauce and got Garlic Mayo. I ordered over the phone as I have had problems ordering on the website, when I asked the guy on the phone for a Rolls Rolls Box he didn't know what I was talking about and had to go and ask someone else. Makes me think I will not use them again.”

  “Never had problems before. But waited over two hours for our food. Rang multiple times to check and received only ‘it’s on its way’ - a six minute drive took over two hours! Told to take 20% off our order. The delivery driver did not adhere to this when the food eventually arrived (though one of the pizzas was wrong, items missing and all cold) Spoke to the managers and all we received was abuse from them. Their attitude was horrendous and confrontational, telling us to go in person to deal with it. Never going here again and would highly recommend avoiding at all costs. Disgraceful and disgusting from them.”
