Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often praise food that arrives quick, hot and fresh, with the chicken wings singled out by one regular and another describing abundant, flavoured portions. Close behind are the floor staff, called friendly and helpful and busy keeping the seating area tidy. The recurring complaint is the toilets. Three reviewers raise them, one describing urine on the floor and toilet seats with overflowing bins, another calling the whole restaurant dirty and noting a long wait with few diners inside. One says large signature fries ordered through Uber Eats arrived without much signature to them, and one reports that a staff member took their phone to write a review for himself after the order came out wrong. Several positive accounts end on the same detail, a staff member holding the door open and helping people to a seat.

“The food was quick, hot and tasty. The toilets were below standard with urine on the floor and toilet seats. Bins over flowing, staff more interested in asking “how was your food” over keeping the place tidy.”

“Food is great always. I super love the chicken wings. Crew is very attentive and keeping things tidy. There was a rude customer before I was served and I think they have handled it pretty well. I always eat here after or before doing my Tesco grocery run.”

“Had the best experience I've ever had at a drive through... i was welcomed by a very friendly female voice who spoke with such clarity and professionalism, she helped my decision with my order and remained well mannered and polite throughout, and she even brought a smile to my face, making it an overall very pleasant and trouble free experience. So thank you so much Rebecca, you are a credit to your parents and KFC.”

“We ate there today, was a good experience, Christine, a member of staff was opening the door for us and was all the time care for giving us a good service. The food abundant and very flavoured, fresh and hot enough. We were served fast and nicely. Toilets can be better cleaned though.”

“Christine on the floor was amazing, opening doors, helping anyone and everyone in, getting bits for them so everyone could sit and enjoy. Not usual to have someone in a fast food place been like that but it was really nice touch. So helpful and lovley. Always smiling”
