  “Fab service all around. Such happy, lovely & helpful staff. Food choices and quality top notch. Wonderful time had with family. I marked it down 1 in atmosphere, purely because it was busy reception area and not great squeezing past everyone with your food. Overall, great meal out. Thank you 🤩👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻”

  “Brilliant service, daughter chose the place for her birthday meal but was concerned for our son who has multiple food allergies. Manager came and spoke with us which we really appreciate , Kopila served us from beginning till end absolutely wonderful lady with beautiful smile. We were ok with allergies as our son only wanted chips and watermelon which were safe for him but if anyone coming to enjoy buffet meal with allergies would struggle as literally everything had milk and eggs in it and which leaves less option for “proper” vegetarian as well but we came on Wednesday for dinner , may be they have more vegetarian option over weekend. But really good buffet if you have no dietary restrictions as other family members loved it and staff and service is flawless and recommended.”

  “We’ve always chosen Cosmo at Bentley Bridge as it’s our closest restaurant to Burntwood, and it never disappoints. The food is always fantastic, which is why we keep coming back. This visit, though, was made even more special by our server, Imran. He was absolutely outstanding from start to finish—friendly, attentive, patient, and always smiling. He was especially brilliant with our son, taking the time to interact with him and making us all feel genuinely welcome. Nothing was too much trouble, and his positive attitude really stood out. Excellent customer service can make all the difference, and Imran is a real credit to the team. We’ll definitely be back, and we hope to be served by him again. Thank you, Imran, for making our meal such an enjoyable experience!”

  “Came for a dinner after the cinema on a Saturday. We were greeted by a lovely, chatty lady called Kopila, who waited on us and checked in on us regularly, asking us what we'd enjoyed. The food was better than any other local buffets we've been to anywhere in the Midlands...mostly due to the excellent quality of the meat. We had some really delicious, flavourful dishes. The chinese section was my personal favourite, closely followed by the still cooking grill section! The puddings actually tasted like what they were, unlike a lot of buffet places we've tried. The peach melba cake and the creme brulee were perfect. Will definitely be back! Thanks Kopila!”

  “I had my first visit to this buffet, and it was absolutely fantastic! The food was spot on, especially the Lamb Dopiaaz and Naan, which were wonderfully fresh and full of flavour. The whole place was clean, the atmosphere was lively, and the service was top-notch. I can't think of anything they need to change; everything was just right! I’ll definitely be back for more delicious meals!”
