About Bon Café Amore
On Castlecroft Rd in Wolverhampton, Bon Café Amore is a cafe run as a family business, with a back room for extra seating. Breakfast covers omelettes, avocado toast, Eggs Royale, full English, and pancakes, and it runs until late on some days. The savoury side of the menu includes mushrooms amore alongside samosas, and brownies are a regular fixture for those wanting something sweet. Coffee, mocha, and milkshakes round out the drinks list. High chairs are available for families with young children. The cafe takes walk-ins rather than bookings, and it opens Tuesday to Sunday, closed on Mondays. It sits off a railway walk route, with an exterior that gives little away about what's inside.

Customer Review Summary
Breakfast is the main draw at this family-run café, with reviewers singling out the Eggs Royale most often, alongside the omelettes, avocado toast, diced potatoes and a full English described as very well flavoured. Close behind are the brownies, called soft and fudgy by one reviewer who doesn't usually like them, and the fresh cakes and desserts. Also mentioned are fresh-made samosas, the mushrooms amore, pancakes, an oreo milkshake, mocha and other coffees. Reviewers describe the food as well presented, the staff as friendly and polite, and the café as clean, quiet and peaceful, with one noting the atmospheric decor. A few mention good prices, and one found breakfast still being served late. Several say they plan to return or recommend it to friends. No recurring complaints appear. The one note of discomfort was a cold back room on a Sunday, which the manager fixed by offering an electric heater.

“Went here for lunch. As others have said, friendly staff, clean, and excellent food. I had the mushrooms amore and it was delicious. My friend had a breakfast that looked amazing ( food envy) and he really enjoyed it. We'll definitely be back”

“Made a little diversion off the railway walk and the food was lovely and well presented. After our sandwiches, we went back for round two and tried the brownies as they looked so delicious. Important to know, I don't like brownies....but these were 10/10 and they were soft and fudgy. My husband said it was the best he's ever had. You've set the bar high, and we will come back, hopefully next time for breakfast and will recommend to our friends.”

“The unimposing exterior gives you no warning of the incredible delights to be found in Bon Café Amore. We went there for breakfast and were warmly greeted by the two charming staff who graciously and easily handled the busy café crowd. We had a mix of coffees all of which were outstanding and the food, well, delicious and beautifully presented. Our group had omelettes, avocado toast, brownies, and even fresh-made samosas. They were all sensational! The only disappointment is that we don't live locally and were just passing through Wolverhampton. So, it will be a while before we can return. If you are in the area, you should definitely visit.”

“We went to this place on Sunday for mother's day and it was lovely. From the oreo milkshake, mocha's, full English which was very well flavoured, pancakes to the Eggs royale, all was delicious. The desserts are incredible. Cute little place and the service was very accommodating. It was a little cold in the back room, but the manager said we could put on the electric heater which fixed everything. Highly recommend.”

“Came here having not heard of this place before and will definitely be returning and recommending it to others. Food was amazing and well presented, same for the drinks. Servers were very polite and lovely. Good prices too.”
