  “The food was delicious. Good portion size & everything was very fresh. There was a lovely atmosphere & the Staff were all very good. In particular our Server Tom, who went out of his way to make our experience incredible as it was my Birthday. If we’re ever back in Winchester we will definitely return. Well done everybody you were all fabulous 😃”

  “We had Tom as our server, and Gabe took our order. Both were incredibly friendly and super helpful, even checking on us multiple times during our meal! Tom was so smiley, we all thought he was super sweet and fun! The restaurant itself was gorgeous, and had so many cool decorations from the minute you enter the building. I will definitely be coming back next time I'm in Winchester, and will suggest it to friends and family.”

  “Terrible. Wouldn't go back. Firstly service was extremely slow despite the fact there was plenty of staff around and the restaurant was really quiet. The staff seemed to be ignoring us. They kept dissapearing up the top by the kitchen where nobody was seated because it was quiet. Another thing was that it was really difficult to get their attention. Just really poor service. Had to almost shout to get their attention. The food was terrible. My mothers sea bass was cremated. My wife's pizza was burned on the edges. Our eggplant starter was cremated and black. Nobody came to check how our meal was. Drinks are a rip off and the food is no better than any standard pizza place. I wouldn't go back. We had to ask to get the seabass removed from the bill. We forgot to ask for the starter to be removed. Save your money and avoid this place”

  “Last night, I went to Zizzis with my best friend and we had a very long day and thought we’ll treat ourselves. Zizzis is a great place and I am a regular there. Tom who serves me most of the times, is amazing as always. However, they had this lady manager who I haven’t seen before (new probably?) wasn’t very welcoming. We asked for some parmesan cheese (as most Italian restaurants have parmesan to go on their food) and she said “This is not Parmesan” not in a very nice way. My friend asked for some cheese on her Risotto and the manager was being very judgemental. I thought we can eat what we want and however we want to as we are paying for it. If it doesn’t go well with the food, there is a nice way of recommending it. She sarcastically said, “cheese on risotto! I might try next time.” All in all, not my every time experience at Zizzis. Would return but probably would check if the manager is around for my mental sanity.”

  “The food is always good, the atmosphere is great but a lot of kids but overall, my fav part of this branch is Tom Goddard. I adore Tom. He’s so warm and welcoming, making my experience here a treat every time!”
