“I have purchased from GlassJacks multiple times since 2022 and have always been happy with their products. Most recently I placed an order for new glass boxes and upon delivery I realised I made an error with one of the sizes so it was too small. I contacted them and enquired about the return / exchange process and Helen was very helpful in getting this sorted for me!😊”

“Yesterday I messaged Glassjacks to ask a question about 6 glasses ( hardly a big order! ) Helen made arrangements to check my query with the warehouse staff - to my mind, well above expectations. I placed my order after 2pm yesterday & they were here by 10am today - the glasses are perfect. Helen was so helpful & efficient - thank you”

We hope to work together for at least another 10 years! Tim - Tipples Catering Hire Ltd”
