  “I had a wonderful experience at Bistrot Pierre in Mumbles. The atmosphere is absolutely fantastic. The restaurant is located right by the bay, and the view from the outdoor seating area is stunning. Sitting outside, enjoying the beautiful scenery and sea breeze, made the experience even more special. The food was equally impressive: Chicken Supreme: The chicken was cooked perfectly and served with butter and a delicious sauce. It was full of flavor and very enjoyable. Pork Belly: This dish looked amazing and tasted even better. Rich, tender, and absolutely delicious. Gambas: The prawns were fresh and perfectly cooked. The sourdough was excellent, especially dipped in the buttery sauce. Chicken Normandy: Another excellent dish, full of flavor and cooked to perfection. Overall, I loved everything about this restaurant. The combination of the beautiful bay views, relaxing atmosphere, and delicious food made for a memorable dining experience. I would definitely recommend Bistrot Pierre, Mumbles to anyone looking for great food in a beautiful setting, and I'll certainly be back again. 🍽️🌊✨”

  “What an experience! Went for afternoon tea at Bistrot Pierre for a hen party and it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. We were greeted with prosecco and had plenty of time to chat before sitting down for tea. We had the option of tea and coffee and a spectacular assortment of sandwiches, scones, and dessert. It was too much food for us to finish so we were able to take it home in boxes for later! We were taken care of by Lily and she organised it so well, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. She was very attentive, helpful and sweet.”

  “Just returned from lunch. I visit this place two or three times a year, usually every summer for a reunion with colleagues. However, I was quite disappointed with today's experience. I ordered the Chicken Supreme Schnitzel, but it was significantly overcooked and had a rubbery texture. The salad garnish was not fresh, with some leaves appearing wilted or spoiled. On the positive side, the portion of fries was generous. One of the waitresses was not particularly helpful. When we asked if she could take a photo for us, she gave various excuses and never came back to help, nor did she offer any explanation. We also had to wait quite a long time to pay at the counter, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy at around 3:00 pm. One person's meal was served incorrectly, although I can understand that mistakes can happen when serving a larger group. The floor appeared clean but was somewhat slippery. Unfortunately, based on today's experience, I would not choose to return on my own or with my family unless it was arranged by someone else.”

  “Booked here for valentines day, 8pm arranged in advance, was informed that my pod reservation was slightly behind due to other couples/traffic and being valentines day, so agreed to seat at the bar. 40 minutes went by and were still sat at the bar. When eventually moved to the pre booked pod(9pm), we were told someone would be back with menus shortly Another half an hour went by and 2 pints and a pint of coke for my pregnant girlfriend and still no menu. We asked to speak to the manager at 9.30, this being an hour snd a half without seeing the menu or ordering and a second parking ticket paid for the car. At this point I said that we would not be paying for any of the drinks or food we were currently eventually about to consume the manager dealt with the issue in a professional manner and agreed but went above and beyond for anything we needed and even offered to get in the kitchen himself. Special mention to the lady behind the bar, who's name I did not catch who made my girlfriend a non alcoholic beverage and brought it to her own accord. I was not ever thinking of coming back, but the manager( Yestyn) and bar lady simply saved the day. Food was average in the end but the atmosphere was actually tidy. I may try again a few months down the line. I did not check reviews before hand as I like to base my review on my own experience. The food in the photos would of easily been £100 spent with 3 pints of lager 2 pints of coke a hot chocolate a bottle of bubbly plus whats in the photos but some of the items purely down to the lack of service”
