  “Dined here for lunch last weekend with my husband and was so impressed with the food and service! The menu gave lots of choice and our meals were delicious! Proper home-cooked, fresh, tasty Italian food. Really impressed with our waiter too, he was kind, friendly, efficient and went above and beyond for us. Would definitely recommend it and come here again💕”

  “Visited today with my husband. The food and service is excellent. We have been visiting this restaurant for many years. We ordered from the lunch menu with a wide range of dishes to choose from. We both had three courses and everything was really good. Caroline our waitress was really lovely and helpful. An exceptional meal.”

  “Visited Romantica for the first time tonight. Service was amazing and the food absolutely delicious! Loved our Gamberoni starter and the apple pie was out of this world! Already cannot wait to return. BRAVA RAGAZZI!”

  “I love the dessert warm chocolate moist cake like brownies with vanilla ice cream & prosciutto!!! Pancetta is very tender and flavourful. Just a bit too big of a portion for me. Fettuccine frutti al mare is quite good too”

  “Had a lunch with friends great tasting food and drinks at great prices with friendly attentive but not overbearing staff. Relaxed friendly atmosphere and clientele. If you like Italian and are in the area this really is a place not to be missed. Only a small car park but plenty of free parking behind the shops opposite.”

  “The ambience, service, and food at this restaurant were just beautiful. My partner and I casually visited this place and had the best date ever. It almost felt like we were in Europe. We will definitely go back again. This restaurant is certainly one of our top three favourites.”

  “Visited on an impromptu evening out and they managed to fit us in straight away. It’s a lovely big restaurant with plenty of space and very welcoming staff. Although we thought it was a little pricey compared to other restaurants we’ve been to we did really enjoyed the food and I must say the pork belly was incredible!”

  “Had a lovely dinner last night at Romantica. It's always worth spending a little more for good quality food. While they did have a few fabulous specials on, I decided to go with the lamb chops instead. There are no side dishes with the main meal, one is required to order each item separately. I decided on mushrooms and dauphinoise. The dessert menu looked amazing, but due to the large portions, even though I only ate half, there wasn't any space for a morsel of dessert. I would have preferred a smaller portion. I know some restaurants offer a lady's portion, but in today's society that may no longer be politically correct, however true. The glass of Merlot wasn't a great choice, not for my palate. The staff were friendly and attentive, and children were made to feel welcome. A pleasant dinner.”
