  “We visited Spice Village as a group of 20 and had a brilliant experience. Everything was extremely well organised from the moment we arrived. We had booked in advance and were seated straight away with no issues at all. The food was amazing — everything arrived hot, fresh and full of flavour. The service was excellent throughout, with the staff being very attentive despite the size of our group. Everything was spot on from start to finish. Great food, great service and very well managed. Would definitely recommend Spice Village, especially for large groups.”

  “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a fantastic experience at Spice Village Southall! The food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic flavours, and everything we ordered was fresh and perfectly cooked. A special thank you to Jeenu, who provided outstanding service throughout our visit. Jeenu was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome, ensuring we had everything we needed. The excellent service made the meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for amazing food and exceptional hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!”

  “Saad was exceptional from start to finish recommending all the dishes to try Chicken tikka Aloo tikki chaat Lamb kebabs, lamb chops and for the mains the classic no less chicken Karahi 10/10 The whole place has a warm inviting atmosphere with engaging customer service”

  “We recently visited Spice Village again for breakfast after previously sharing a review about not being fully satisfied with the service. After our feedback, we received a very professional and respectful call from the Spice Village team, who genuinely cared about our experience and invited us back, assuring us they would do their best to make things right. Today, we visited again and honestly had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The food quality was excellent, the hospitality was outstanding, and the overall environment and atmosphere were warm, welcoming, and very enjoyable. Everything was served perfectly, and the staff made us feel truly valued and comfortable throughout our visit. A very special thanks to Mr. Pallab the manager, for his exceptional customer service and professionalism. He handled everything with great care and ensured we had a memorable experience. We truly appreciate the effort Spice Village made to listen to customer feedback and turn our previous experience into such a positive one. Highly recommended — a great example of excellent customer care and hospitality.”

  “I visited Spice Village with my family of seven and unfortunately we were very disappointed with our experience. The portion sizes were extremely small for the prices charged, which made the meal feel very poor value for money. The biggest shock for us was the dynamite bites. They were tiny, literally around the size of a thumb, with very little chicken inside and covered heavily in sauce, which made them look quite unpresentable. We expected much better, especially considering the price. We were also disappointed with the Afghan rice as it did not taste authentic or the same as we had expected. The kebab was another let down there was only one piece, it was expensive, and the texture tasted more like flour than proper kebab. To make matters worse, the main dishes were served in very small pots, which was not suitable for a family of seven and left us feeling unsatisfied. Overall, the prices felt extortionate compared to the quantity and quality of food served. Sadly, based on our experience, we would not recommend Spice Village and will not be returning.”

  “I don’t make a point to eat desi food out too much but Spice Village is somewhere worth taking a trip to! The mixed grill was perfectly spiced and cooked. The onions and potatoes added a bit of something extra which I enjoyed nibbling on. The masala chips were tasty, but for the price I was expecting something a bit more impressive than frozen chips with a bit of sauce. Tasty nonetheless but I wouldn’t pay that price again. The masala fish was the perfect accompaniment for the chips. Beautifully spiced, crispy and well seasoned. The fish itself was flakey and moreish. The butter chicken was tasty and fresh, but it just didn’t taste like butter chicken? A yummy curry, but it just wasn’t what I expected when we placed the order. The rice was also fluffy and fresh. The mango lassi was well balanced, a good sourness as well as sweetness. The decor in the restaurant is beautiful and it is very well kept by the servers. There is plenty of space and doesn’t feel too cramped. The servers are also incredibly friendly and helpful with anything you could possibly want.”

  “Had an amazing experience at Spice Village — easily one of the best dining spots in the area! The highlight of the night was their special Charsi Chicken Karahi — absolutely incredible. The flavors were rich, authentic, and perfectly balanced, with that deep, smoky taste you just don’t find everywhere. It honestly felt like a proper taste of traditional Pakistani cuisine done right. What made the experience even better was the service. Ahmed, our waiter, was outstanding from start to finish. He took the time to explain the dishes in detail, helped us choose the best options, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. His knowledge and attentiveness really stood out and added a personal touch to the whole evening. Great food, great atmosphere, and top-notch service — highly recommend Spice Village if you’re in Southall. We’ll definitely be coming back!”

  “Very happy with the experience, the restaurant was extremely busy and staff had everything under control we waited 5 minutes to seat and after ordering we waited only 12 minutes for the food. Food was delicious and the team was superb. Great Restaurant definitely one of the best in food quality and service in Southall.”
