  “I ordered many times for delivery. But last couple of times delivery was too late and the food was cold, even one time the potato chips quantity was less than half. But I ignored. This time the delivery was late more than 55 mins and food was tottaly cold and messed up. Even when food delivered my kids were sleeping. Any how I called to the resturent and the shef offered me to pay back some of money. I said instead of pay back I will order tomorrow. The next day when I called, the shef changed his behaviour and said if you want get pay back or order food you need come to restaurant and eat here or take away. We cant delivered. Because if its late to deliver then you will again want to get pay back and said something in other language angerly and disconnect the phone. He was so rude. I cant believe a good besiness could use the way he talked. Anyway I didnt call them to get pay back. They offered me pay back and next day they refused. I called again and there was a lady (named Julia) talked to me nicely and said that delivery boy (Hassan) had too many deliveries thats why he was too late and their shef is from Albenia and doesnt speak english very well. So if you order next time we will give something complimentry. Although she (Julia) was nice to explain. But I am so shocked a business behave like this with customers. I was ordering food more than 2 years from them. I am very disapponted with their behaviour averall.”

  “The service was 10/10 the food came in 10 minutes and it was hot. I would go again, only wish that there is good parking around the area.”

  “It must have changed ownership because last two times we have ordered from here have been a bad experience. We used to order from here often and the food was great and so was the service. Last time we ordered we got soggy chips and soggy flat bread, no where near as much meat as previous orders and the salad was browning and not fresh at all and it's now ridiculously overpriced! Used to get a mixed gyro meal for £9 ish and the same meal is now £13.70! Service here is awful recently. Partner rang at 10:20pm to order food the lady on the phone said very abruptly the kitchen is closed. When he said its states on Google that your open until 11pm she huffed & hung up the phone and wouldn't answer again. Wouldn't recommend anymore.”

  “We had pork and chicken gyros here, and everything was absolutely delicious! The food was fresh and full of flavor, and the atmosphere was really nice and welcoming. The lady who served us was so kind and friendly, which made the experience even better. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat — highly recommend!”

  “Absolutely love it here! Been coming here for quite a while and never disappoints. Staff are always so lovely and food is always so fresh and excellent value for money! Also do a delish glass of greek rosé wine which is much appreciated 👌 Another great addition to Bearwood’s food scene.”

  “Absolutely love this place. It’s our new go to late night bite. The halloumi is delicious, great texture and fresh. The salad is super duper fresh and crunchy. Staff are lovely and attend you to quickly. The meal comes out so quick and it’s absolutely delicious. Very decently priced too!! We will be coming here often!!”

  “We stopped by Mr Greek Giro for lunch and had The Ultimate Greek Mixed Grill Platter for Two—it was absolutely massive and incredibly delicious! Hands down, some of the best Greek food we've had in Birmingham. We also enjoyed Alfa beer and finished with a coffee that honestly might be the best I’ve ever had in the UK. The service was just as impressive—Larisa and Sara were welcoming and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!!!”

  “Amazing food, super friendly establishment, lovely and clean and cool inside. Mix grill is to die for, can not fault this place from the price to the food to the service outstanding everytime. Very welcoming, this is now my go to greek even with a 20min drive well worth a try. Keep up the good work.”
