  “Came to try the new nandos at crystal peaks. We went on a Monday afternoon and it was pretty quiet. Food came out pretty quickly, would say about 15 minutes. The staff are super friendly and helpful. However, this is just a nandos. It is not exciting or liberating, just flavoured chicken. It will do, but it is quite expensive for what it is. A convenience meal”

  “Have visited before as sit down guest - We found service was excellent , food is mediocre, wine was not pleasant at all ( water has to be the safest option ). The noise levels during our last visit were intolerable ( Due to a lot of noisy children being allowed to do as they wish ). This visit was to sample take away Nando’s - staff are friendly and welcoming , along with very helpful . Our order was taken , and food was ready in about fifteen minutes. Thank you to Harry and the team for making our brief visit a good one . Our order consisted of two half chicken combos with two side each . Chickens have shrunken considerably over the years since my last visit ( the bird is more akin to a poussin ), with the meat being over written by the bones . Rainbow coleslaw was dry , looked nice but did not offer anything special . Rice was bland , a tad dry and felt that it had been microwaved. The Portuguese tomato salad consisted of a thickly sliced British salad tomato ( that was hard as rock - with no discerning flavour) dumped on to of what appeared to be some hard to distinguish sun dried tomatoes, with what looked like cucumber slices ( with seeds removed ), and some thinly sliced , partially dressed onion . Very mediocre and uninspiring. Staff made the visit ok, but fail to see the fascination with this chain .”

  “Harvey and the team always look after their guests so well! Attentive without being overbearing, friendly and smiling. The food has always been top notch for us too, fresh and flavourful. It can be a bit chilly in the restaurant but it's understandable with how cold outside is and the massive windows. Will be back here for sure.”

  “Oh my, this is the best Nando’s I’ve been to! They opened just six weeks ago, but the staff already seem very well organised and attentive to customers. A real breath of fresh air for the area in terms of good service and food. The staff are polite, helpful, and friendly. It’s my favourite place to eat out with the family, even though it takes us 20 minutes by car to get here. Highly recommended!”

  “It was nice and quiet when we arrived and was seated by a lovely lady called leah on entrance. Ordered from the QR code at the table which was nice and easy to use. Food arrived promptly by another polite colleague called Jess. It was absolutely delicious, nice & fresh & cooked to perfection. We had another lovely lady by the name of Jaxon who made sure everything was okay, asked if we wanted top ups on our drinks when we were low & just overall made sure we had what we needed. Would highly recommend the food & staff were amazing! 💖”

  “My self and family went to this new Nando’s at drake house. We have been going to the one in park gate Rotherham and we haven’t found one to beat that as yet however based on today’s visit drake house is on parr with Rotherham the only difference is the decor at drake house is new fresh and far better the seas r much better they r almost like 2 seater sofas chairs without the sides u can move them freely and sit so much comfy the decor is lush airy open gently inviting. The restaurant it self is not huge but nicely done spacious for the amount of tables in the restaurant. It’s very clean and tidy everything has its own place. The staff r very polite upbeat always on point plenty of servers ready to help and meet all your needs. The young lads with red hair at the door is very polite present up beat and very bubbly had a 15 min wait which flew by. The food was lush genuinely we had full platter and a coupe of the garlic bbq marinade on garlic chicken burger. Long stem broccoli. Can’t wait to go bk there again worth every penny for the price. The manager who I spoken to was genuinely a nice young man very knowledgable of Nando’s very welcoming and approachable answered every question I asked him I would call him a Nando’s geek brilliant keep up the good work. Highly recommended u guys.”
