Customer Review Summary
Portion size is the recurring draw, with reviewers repeatedly calling out the mixed gyros piled with meat, the pack a punch fries with mint yogurt and tzatziki, and barbecue chicken wrap with garlic mushrooms as generous enough for leftovers. Several also mention quick delivery, sometimes arriving well ahead of the quoted hour, and free additions like garlic bread or big kids meals turning up unprompted. Value for money comes up repeatedly alongside the taste itself. Against that, a real split of complaints recurs: one reviewer describes a burnt, inedible pizza with soggy chips and missing extra toppings they'd paid for, and a shrunken garlic bread; another reports wrong items and being told an order "isn't that bad" when mayonnaise wasn't removed. One reviewer separately describes the owner as rude and aggressive on the phone, though they still rated the food itself highly. Despite these accounts, multiple diners say they returned or plan to order again, with one noting they ordered anyway after seeing negative reviews and finding the portion too large to finish in one sitting.
