“Fantastic customer service, accidentally ordered twice and they rang to double check i was OK and was quickly rectified. Mixed kebab and southern fried potato chunks are a top tier combo. Lovely flavour and pizza was fresh. Can't fault this place.”

“They don’t give you what you order, I asked for a burger completely plain - it still had their dirty yellow crap they call cheese on it leaving it inedible and me hungry. They don’t seem to understand that people have allergies and might trust them to have basic compression and give people what they ordered. For a food establishment to leave cheese on when ordered completely plain is unacceptable.”

“We decided to place an order but the person that answered needed telling the order twice and I wasn't confident we would get what we ordered. We were told it would be £27 something but when the driver arrived, he says it's £37. When my wife checked the receipt, she noticed an item that A) We hadn't ordered B) They hadn't even put in the bag She rang up and explained this but the lady thought we'd been sent the extra item, which we hadn't. It took about 5 minutes to sort it, by which point the food was going cold because I checked what we'd been sent when it first arrived. This is not the first time we've had issues when the usual person doesn't answer the phone and not always had what we've asked for, so this is the last time we are going to order from them now and we're going to try somewhere else. Not the cheapest either but when the service isn't good, what's the point in ordering again? None!”
