“Visited the Rhubarb Shed last Saturday. We were lucky to get a table as we hadn’t booked. It’s a popular cafe and I can see why. The menu has plenty of choice and the food is lovely. They have a good range of vegan options from breakfasts to cakes. There is seating inside and out. The outdoor seating was surrounded by beautiful wild flower beds. I had a flat white, it was a bit weak for my liking but I like a strong coffee so it’s probably more down to personal preference. I’d ask for an extra shot next time. Service was friendly and efficient. I would definitely visit again if I’m in the area.”

“First time going today, we didn’t book as didn’t think it would be as busy on a weekday, it was packed! The member of staff managed to fit us in, the service was amazing from start to finish, such polite staff, the food and drinks didn’t take long to come out either. Generous portions, will be back again! The specials sounded yummy aswell!”

“A lovely, lively and rustic little venue. A good range of specials and a standard "middle-class" breakfast selection. Didn't have the afternoon tea but it looked awesome when I saw it brought out to others. The staff were lovely abd the food was gorgeous. Pricey but as they say, you get what you pay for. It was a really nice lunch time experience and I would happily go again!”

“Booked a table as it gets very busy. They have desserts on the counter to take away which look amazing and the breakfast was beautiful. Don't mind paying slightly more when it actually tastes good. I had the special, it was a quesadilla breakfast and my better half had the full English. Will definitely be going back. Thank you”
