“The young lady Attia, not sure about the spelling, who works there is not helpful and indifferent. She was texting while taking our order. She brought us different cake from the one we ordered without asking us first and when asked she said oh yea we don’t have this cake. The cake was frozen and served on takeaway burger paper plate. Finally we waited for 10 minutes just to pay for our order as staff were inside.”

“Cha Cha Chai London Road!" › "I had a wonderful experience at this place. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect spot to unwind. Their tea is absolutely delicious-truly authentic and full of flavor. But what really stands out is the service. A special thanks to Rumia, who was exceptionally polite, welcoming, and professional. Her friendly attitude made our visit even more enjoyable. Great vibes, amazing tea, and top-tier service. Highly recommended if you are in the S2 area!"❤️😊”

“I tried the Strawberry Kunafa at Cha Cha Chai and was genuinely impressed! The kunafa was perfectly crispy on the outside, with that signature buttery crunch, but what really elevated it was the fresh strawberry twist. The fruity tang balanced the richness of the syrup and cheese beautifully, making each bite both indulgent and refreshing. It’s not your traditional kunafa—but that’s what makes it so special. Perfect for those who want a modern take on a Middle Eastern classic. Definitely recommend giving it a try if you’re in the mood for something unique and delicious! 🍓🧀🫶 staff was amazing”

“Calm clean place with South Indian food. Recommend the Chicken Paranta Roll for a quick snack. The Samosa Chaat is something new to try if you haven’t had it before. Milk Cake (£6) is delicious but can definitely be shared with 1 or 2 others. Can be a bit of a wait for food. Staff are friendly”

“Been here few times, customer service was always good and food was nice. Seating area is good and spacious. I loved the pani puri but milk cake was too sweet for me, chai was nice. Variety of dessert and Asian foods. Nasheeds are always playing and no music. Calm vibe. Service is very good and accommodating, let us pray in back of shop. Overall, Customer service 10/10, Food 7/10, atmosphere 9/10.”
