Customer Review Summary
Bottomless brunch is what most reviewers return to, with groups describing drinks that were topped up, cocktails of good quality and food that came out hot and tasty. One party held a large retirement do in the upstairs room, and another booked for a friend's birthday. Close behind is the beer, with praise for a good choice of ales and craft beers, and mentions of cask and keg options and third-pint measures. Burgers are called outstanding by one diner. The decor comes up repeatedly: song lyrics and brewing science painted across the walls and ceilings, which reviewers enjoy trying to place, alongside cosy corners, larger social areas and outdoor seating at the front and rear. Staff are described as friendly, polite and helpful, and one reviewer mentions a welcome for a party of four adults with two dogs. No review raises a complaint. Several say they plan to come back, and one calls it a place to visit every time in Selby.

“This is a craft place. Very unique decor. Words to lyrics written on the walls and ceilings. Nice to remember some songs from decades ago. There are some cosy little areas as well as larger more social areas. Outside seating is available both at the front and to the rear.”

“We booked a large retirement party and was given the upstairs room. A bar had been set up for us to order drinks for the bottomless. We pre ordered the food which came out hot and tasty. There was a great selection of drinks on offer and staff kept an eye on emptying glasses which were topped up when requested. We had a great night the staff were friendly and food was lovely. It would highly recommend The Doghouse Bottomless Brunch.”
