  “This place never cease to disappoint. They consistent with bad service, I have to give them that. There’s always something missing, something over cooked, large fries sold as regular size. Extra dips we pay for that are not added afterwards. Too bad it’s the only Burger King nearby. I have just to stop going honestly. This was supposed to be large fries, I didn’t even eat it yet”

  “Terrible place, dirty tables, dry food, a big plastic screen where the staff are with a tiny hole where you get your food like it’s Halifax! If the staff were any slower they’d be going backwards, avoid!”

  “Brilliant visit — one of the better fast food experiences I've had in Salford! Popped in for a Chicken Royale and fries and honestly couldn't fault it. The burger was hot, fresh, and properly put together — not the flat, sad-looking thing you sometimes get at fast food places. Fries were crispy and came out at the right time too. What really made the visit though was how smooth everything was. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, not just going through the motions, and the food came out really quickly without feeling rushed. The place was also clean and well-kept — tables clear, floors tidy, which you don't always take for granted. For the price, it's great value. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area. Solid 5 stars from me! 🍔”

  “If I could leave no star I had to but not possible, staff very gready about giving out sauces even the free small ketchup sauce , the drink machines always have no options or just 1 or 2 taste from all flavours is working and the rest is off , I'm a regular burger king customer but really don't want to visit this one which is nearest to my home , also the fried products are very owfull and taste old and dirty oil. I really suggesting a review on this branch by Burger King head office or they might loose their customers like me.”

  “Vegan royale and vegan whopper was very good. They did give my order to someone else as it was ready and then when I went to collect I had to wait a further 5-8 minutes for a fresh one. It's ok mistakes do happen and they apologiesed for the delay. Please give tissues for phone a App orders. Quite annoying nothing to wipe hands with after eating a fab meal”

  “The food is good, however I feel I am in club with how high the volume is. When asked a stuff member to please turn it down he said he would however never done. When our food arrived I asked him again and he said he did. That was a lie. He then told us this is level set. We been to other Burger Kings and it’s not.. it’s unpleasant when you trying to talk. Not at all Impressed.”

  “Nipped through drive through as restaurant was closed. We were served by a very helpful and polite Scottish lady who had plenty of patience with my requests and although food could have been slightly hotter it was delicious. Really enjoyed the experience”

  “This Burger King, unlike many others that are notorious for slow service, has fast, efficient service especially if you order in advance via the app. It seems well run and clean. In addition to Dine In, Take Away and Delivery options, there is also a Drive Thru. This site has ample parking. It is also possible to charge electric vehicles here.”

  “I've had Deliveroo orders from this franchise quite a few times and noted that items of food are nearly always missing. It feels like a scam. It feels like it's organised - you know the stuff you read in newspapers about a manager or employee having made a small petty fortune over years by such scams. The photo is the last time I paid for 3 pieces of the expensive Angus patty but only had 2 in the burger. Sometimes I've ordered 4 and only gotten 1. Sometimes the drink is wrong or the fries are cold. The buck must stop with the manager.”
