Customer Review Summary
Dosa is the dish diners return to most. The Rameswaram dosa and the Mysore masala dosa are singled out, and reviewers repeatedly praise the crisp outside and soft inside. Close behind are the thatte idli, described as soft and fluffy, and the button idlis served with hearty sambar and freshly served chutneys. Reviewers also name the jackfruit biryani, mushroom 65, poori bhaji, punugulu, vada and spinach daal. Several call it a good spot for vegetarians, with generous portions at affordable prices. The filter coffee earns a mixed note, good but one reviewer wished it were stronger. The main complaint is service. One reviewer describes a staff member as rude and dismissive after they raised a concern about the food, and another says the hand washing area needs tidying. A group that hired the restaurant to cater a community event praised the dal baati choorma and mirchi bada, and noted that the owner personally served their guests.

“Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. When raised a genuine concern about the food having an unpleasant. Instead of listening to our concern professionally, the staff member we spoke to was extremely rude and dismissive. The lady we spoke to did not seem willing to listen to our concern and appeared more focused on proving her point than understanding the issue we were trying to raise. She was dismissive throughout the conversation and also spoke rudely to my guest. As paying customers, we weren’t looking for an argument. We simply wanted to raise a genuine concern about the quality of the food. The way the situation was handled made the experience even more disappointing. Regardless of whether a restaurant agrees with a customer’s complaint, I would expect staff to listen and communicate respectfully rather than being dismissive or rude.”

“Hands down some of the best food I've had! The food was perfectly balanced and bursting with flavor. I had pav bhaji, chole bhature, prantha bhindi and mango lassi. Everything was just so satisfying. Best vegetarian food in city. Fresh ingredients and generous portions. 10/10!" Great service and cozy vibe."”

“Had a great experience! The ambiance was pleasant and welcoming, making it a nice place to enjoy a meal. The dosa was crispy and delicious, and the vada was fresh and flavorful. The chutneys were also very tasty and complemented the food perfectly. Overall, a satisfying experience, and I would definitely recommend this place for South Indian food.”

“Excellent south Indian food, freshly made with perfect spice levels. My favourite was the Rameshwaram Dosa. It was superb! The hand washing area needs tidying.”

“Delicious Southern Indian lunch. The Mysore Masala dosa was superb (sorry, had cut into it before remembering to take a photo), as was the mushroom 65, and the spinach daal Our first visit here, and it won't be our last”
