Customer Review Summary

Pani puri comes up most often, with reviewers calling it excellent and pairing it with the samosa chat, dahi chat and papri chaat. Close behind are the chicken biryani, chicken kebabs, dosas and lamb chops, which one diner calls full of flavour, and the butter chicken curry with butter naan, where the portion is described as big. Staff are repeatedly described as friendly and welcoming, with one server showing a table how to eat the dosas with their sauces. Complaints are mixed. The chicken bun kebab had a flaky bun and thin patty, the Punjabi chole had an aftertaste of too much soda, and a delivered order of peri chips arrived cold with no cutlery. Another diner asked for very spicy and got mild. One table found the food average and expensive, with one person waiting while the rest ate because the kitchen would not serve everything together. One parent was told to finish a child's outside wrap outdoors, half eaten.

“We came as a family of 5 to the restaurant and my son was having a wrap that we bought from outside. We ordered for everyone except by child, but one of the service person came and ask that outside food are not allowed. Even though half of the wrap was finished. I have to take my son outside and finish his food. Is this right for a company to do so. ???. I don’t blame the service person but the company. That have to change this rule atleast for the kids.”

“We visited Chit Chat today and had a lovely experience. We were served by Noor, and she was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, she was so polite, welcoming, and professional. Her manners, presentation, and friendly attitude really stood out and made us feel looked after throughout our visit. She created such a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The food was very good overall. The tandoori roti was delicious, and the pani puri was excellent. The only small disappointment was the Punjabi chole, which tasted as though it had been soaked with too much soda, leaving an obvious aftertaste. Apart from that, we had a great meal, and Noor’s exceptional customer service truly made our visit memorable. She is a real credit to the restaurant, and we look forward to returning. It was a shame that your air conditioning was not working”

“We came here for a quick lunch whilst at the Trafford Centre. It quickly became busy. We ordered 4 dishes and a drink and the food came quickly. The menu here is different to the others so bare that in mind. There's a street menu here so it has small dishes as well as some large dishes. We had two waitresses serving us who were good and friendly. One was Praneeth and not sure who the other one was.”

“What an amazing experience from start to finish! The chicken biryani was absolutely incredible—full of flavour and cooked to perfection. The chicken kebabs were banging, juicy, and packed with taste. The dosas were also outstanding, crispy and delicious. Lamb chops just delicious! A special mention goes to the lady who served us. She was so friendly and welcoming, and she took the time to show us how to eat the dosas properly with all the different sauces and accompaniments. Her excellent service really made the meal even more enjoyable. The food, the service, and the overall atmosphere were all fantastic. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!”
