About Indique
Indique is a modern Indian restaurant in Manchester, at 110-112 Burton Rd. The menu draws on Indian street food, and the starters include Bhel Puri and Salmon Tikka. Many dishes are vegetarian or vegan, so the choice covers guests who avoid meat and fish as well as those who eat both. The kitchen makes its food fresh in house in a home-cooked style. The restaurant also aims to present Indian cooking in a new way, with flavours taken from street food rather than a standard restaurant menu.

Customer Review Summary
Diners most often praise the staff, describing them as friendly, welcoming and constantly checking in, and the food comes close behind, with starters and desserts called sensational by one couple. Reviewers name the Salmon Tikka starter, the creamy Makhani chicken, Bhel Puri and Paneer Biryani, while the naan is called tasty and light. One pairs an orange punch mocktail with the meal, and another enjoyed cold beers with a hot curry. Several point to the plentiful vegetarian and vegan options, fresh home cooked dishes and reasonable prices. Presentation gets repeated mentions, and a few describe a buzzing atmosphere. Regulars say the quality has held up over years of visits. The only practical note is a small service charge added to the bill, and one reviewer suggests pre-booking on Friday and Saturday because it gets very busy. One diner even tipped on top of that charge for the first time, calling the service well deserved.

“A lovely curry! The atmosphere was buzzing, very friendly staff and fantastic service. My starter of Salmon Tikka was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed the Makhani chicken which was creamy and delicious. I hadn’t been for many years but my parents have been regulars. I will definitely returning.”

“Amazing food and exceptional service every single time I visit Indique! I honestly can’t fault this place. The staff are always so welcoming, friendly and attentive, and the customer service is second to none. The food is absolutely out of this world and consistently delicious. I’ve been coming here for years now, and the quality has never disappointed. It’s definitely one of my favourite places to eat, and I’ll continue coming back time and time again. Highly recommend!”

“Great curry house, on road parking, opens at 5pm. Food is amazing (small service charge on bill) immaculate venue & staff very pleasent. Cold beers & hot curry... the perfect mancunian Sunday tea! ♡ Friday & Saturday you may need to pre-book as it gets very busy... and rightly so! Definately due another visit soon.”

“Fantastic meal on a quiet Sunday. Great menu with so many vegetarian and vegan options. We loved everything we had. And so beautifully presented. Got a real sense of the staff caring about their customers. Only visiting but will definitely go back when in the area next time. Heard another diner comment it was the best curry he had ever had. I don't think he was exaggerating!”
