About The Feathers
The Feathers is a pub on Church St in Rickmansworth, within walking distance of the town centre. The building has a pub section with a bar and a separate restaurant section, so drinking at the bar and sitting down to a meal each get their own space. A leather sofa and an open fire furnish the interiors. The kitchen serves a Sunday roast with roast beef and gravy, chilli and garlic butter prawns, and chicken parmigiana. Vegan options are many and varied, so plant-based diners have a range of dishes to choose from.

Customer Review Summary
Sunday roast brings diners back most, with reviewers praising the roast beef and gravy and one calling it among the best roasts in the area. Close behind are the chilli and garlic butter prawns, which one diner recommends, and the chicken parmigiana and pie of the day from a Tuesday birthday dinner. Vegan diners describe the vegan options as varied and well above other local pubs. Friendly staff come up repeatedly, and reviewers also call the value very good. Several sat in the garden, with one noting plenty of tables and another a relaxing atmosphere over a family lunch. The one caveat is from a reviewer who found both the parmigiana and the pie carried a large quantity of fresh rosemary. They enjoyed it but say it could be worth noting before ordering. A large group booked at short notice for a Friday found late arrivals accommodated without fuss, and outdoor seating reserved for after the meal so the party did not have to split up.

“The Feathers in Rickmansworth gets 100% from us. We are both vegans and their vegan options are way above any other local pub / restaurant. We haven't been there for 6 years and the refurbishments they have done are amazing. The environment is beautiful, both interior and exterior. The service is brilliant and the vegan options are varied and many. We will definitely be returning to The Feathers often now we know they cater for our taste. 100% impressed with everything regarding The Feathers.”

“Booked a large party for a Friday night at short notice and the team were fantastic. Great communication to get it all sorted. 3 late comers were accommodated without fuss and the food was wonderful. Everyone in the group said their meal was excellent, no complaints.Lilly and Fraser worked hard to serve us and they did a marvellous job. It was appreciated that Victoria came down to check everything was going well. It was also lovely to find that we had reserved outside seating once we had eaten so we didn’t have to split up and spoil the party. That was a great idea and thanks to Lilly for helping us out. All in all, a great evening. Thank you so much to all the team involved.”
