  “My colleague and I both ordered the haggis burgers, and unfortunately, the experience was significantly below expectations. The "crispy haggis fritters" appeared to be over-fried to the point that the haggis content was negligible. The batter was roughly 10mm thick; rather than being crispy, it was solid and acted as a grease sponge. I would strongly recommend either removing this item from the menu or providing further training for the kitchen staff. Additionally, the two pints of Black Heart lacked the usual high quality. Both were flat and lacked the signature creamy head. We were looking forward to catching up over a great meal, but that simply wasn't the case on this occasion.”

  “Very quiet late afternoon when we went This didn't stop our experience at all, you can see from place it must buzz when full. We had the pit burger amazing with dragon fries and fries. Dragon fries are soo good you just can't stop eating them . Definitely be back.”

  “We ate late afternoon so very quiet. First time we have been our son always said we should go as we drink the beers. Wow the pit burger amazing with dragon fries that are so good we will go back.”

  “Wings Wednesday was really good and a great challenge. Reece kept us fed with loads of chicken throughout our 1.5hrs and gave us brilliant service. A special thanks to Ed Hardy ;)”

  “The atmosphere is always buzzing, the beer selection is second to none, and the food is outstanding. I'm a huge fan of their burgers, which are always juicy and flavourful...the best I've had in a long time and closest burger I've had that can compete with the states. But the real game-changer for me are the cauli wings. They are truly amazing... perfectly crunchy, saucy, and so delicious that they've become my go-to order. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable about the beers, making the whole experience top tier. Whether you're a craft beer connoisseur or just looking for great food and a good time, BrewDog is the one.”

  “Been looking forward to coming here for a long time. I'm an hour away from my nearest brewdog. Needless to say I'm not disappointed. My partner and I had the patriot burger, it was smashing and cooked fresh. All the food coming out of the kitchen looked stunning. The drinks were the best part and made this day extra special. I had a pint of wingman, black heart and wingman tropical. All exceptional on draft. But the tropical wingman was like drinking fruit juice so smooth and at 7.2% you can really enjoy a couple. If brewdog wants to come and move into one of the old banks in Felixstowe it would be very welcomed. We are already planning our next trip to Norwich and this will be on the list for drinks and food.”

  “Food was awesome, beer was awesome, servers were great aswell! Lovely audience. Very nice location. Had a great time. We had the Oklahoma Stack burger which was really good. Tasted some of the beers including Lucky Break, Hefeweizen, Arcade Made and a couple of more. Lovely place and I hope to return anytime soon! :)”

  “Our first visit, our waiter Chris was a fantastic host! He made our experience there so welcoming & enjoyable. The chocolate cake dessert is INCREDIBLE. Loved the atmosphere, great music & very tasty food. Highly recommend, we will be going back.”

  “The staff in here were all really friendly, they seemed to have a good understanding of the beer on offer and made good suggestions. The food here was great, burgers are really good, wings and cauliflower tasted great. There are games here that you can borrow and play at your table which is nice, the atmosphere wasn’t super lively on a Friday night but the time spent here was pleasant. I’d recommend coming here, I will be returning when I am back in Norwich.”

  “During our short visit to Norwich, we popped in in the evening to have a dinner. It was Wednesday and we hadn't booked, but despite being 5 people, the staff managed to seat us at a lovely long table. The food was delicious, the avocado bowl was just so tasty! I don't drink bear, however the cookie stout was so good that I drank it all. The others enjoyed their beers. It got quite busy and our little daughter had to wait for quite a long time to get her desert (fried Oreo cookies with chocolate sauce). The staff was fantastic though and listened to us, and didn't charge us for this in the end. Thanks guys, we enjoyed our visit and will be back.”
