About Voodoo Daddy's
Voodoo Daddy's is a live music bar and pizza joint in Norwich, on London St at number 68a, with a music venue downstairs that hosts gigs. Pizza is sold by the slice, with pepperoni among the choices, and whole pizzas are also on offer. The bar pours beer on tap, pale ales, cocktails and short drinks, and the happy hour cocktails change depending on the day of the week. Old school arcade machines and retro trinkets sit alongside the drinks, and wrestling and Tony Hawk play on the TV. The doors are open daily, evenings only.

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers come for the pizza slices above all, praising a crispy bottom, melted toppings and a size they call massive and filling, with pepperoni singled out by one diner who went back for a second slice right away. Close behind is the live music, where reviewers describe an intimate downstairs room close to the action and mention indie gigs. The drinks earn praise too, from a selection of pale ales and beers on tap to cocktails and a bartender who made a carajillo on request. Old school arcade games, retro trinkets and a wrestling and skateboarding game on the TV add to the quirky feel, and staff are repeatedly called friendly and outgoing. The one recurring complaint concerns the toilets, where a reviewer says they have consistently found no toilet roll, no soap and hand driers that do not work. One staff touch lingers: when a couple shared a slice, the team cut it in two for them.

“The food and drink are really good, and I like the atmosphere. However, I’ve consistently found that the toilets are lacking toilet roll, soap, and working hand driers. This puts a bit of a damper on an otherwise good night out.”

“Didn't eat here but the pizzas looked amazing. Went to a gig downstairs, great venue, a proper throwback where you're really close to the action. Really inclusive atmosphere and some great beer in tap.”

“I eat a lot of pizza and this was genuinely one of the best slices I’ve ever eaten. I started with one pepperoni for me and my partner and the staff noticed we’re sharing and cut it in two for us. The slice was so good we went back for a second slice right away. Crispy bottom and unreal tasting toppings. 6/5 stars.”
