  “What is wrong with Weatherspoon opening your bottle of wine and bringing it to you opened with no lid on? Mine arrived opened short by a large glass! Requested a new one which also arrived opened ( no lid) through the crowd of people. The waitress had another one under her armpit and there was no way she could keep an eye on any of them. Reported to the manager who had a very little understanding.”

  “Weatherspoons - get the app makes ordering and paying so much easier.. sat outside next to the river in this lovely pub - great service even though it was jam packed the staff were brilliant - fast, efficient and friendly! The drinks and food selection are good - what a great place for lunch.”

  “Nice pub adjacent to the river, fabulous outdoor seating area in the summer, typical Wetherspoons fayre, cheap & cheerful, Recommended.”

  “I always enjoy coming here whether it's busy or quiet, and you know what you're getting with Wetherspoons food. Lots of outdoor seating, although the pigeons and seagulls can be a bit much. Being able to order on the app from your table so that you don't lose it in busy days is a big plus, but on many occasions when you order a meal which includes a drink, the drink can end up being served after you've finished your meal. I know it get very busy, so it's somewhat understandable, but this has happened to me on occasion when the pub has been very quiet. On the whole a decent 'Spoons, much prefer this to The Bell.”

  “Good Wetherspoons, massive inside with lots of seating, big beer garden in the canal which does catch the sun in the afternoon. Toilets a mile away like always 😆”

  “Excellent venue, good hot food promptly served, well kept cellar & security on doors, beautiful views, polite and helpful staff - one of few spoons I have visited with music & and entertainment. Enjoyed my visit to this asset.”

  “First time at a Wetherspoons.With hubby and my friend. She ordered on an app! Pretty easy to do. And arrived very quickly. We arrived without a booking,as had a lovely walk around Norwich ,cow tower, etc.And tried to find a CLEAN table...! None anywhere...It was Sunday, So not overly busy.We had to grab a dirty one! Moved plates etc on to next dirty table! Other customers kept wandering around also. Looking for a clean place to eat..but some gave in and settled for a dirty one like us! A few staff passed at points,Removed cutlery and plates but No Sign of a cloth or a clean! Tut tut ! Nowhere looked very clean. Sadly. However toilets were lovely! And when the food came it was very very acceptable! And tasty! A great price too! Bit odd ,we ordered 2 chicken wraps....only 1 came with chips...and both had chilli sauce in it..not written on app. Or lite bites menu on table! And my chicken salad was yummy. Thanks so much .”
