  “terrible. the staff, the food, the drinks. they discriminate so many people. none of them know how to run the place properly. whoever makes the food needs trained more, the drinks don’t even come to the table. the staff are so rude and make up lies. do not go here if you want a fun time. awful, boring, shocking atmosphere. removed table number off the app and asked to show receipt when it was a friend who ordered it not in the restaurant.”

  “I ordered pizza and it came raw still not even cooked had a bite of it and it was just dough to be honest. Also me and my friend ordered a bunch of drinks and yet they’re withholding them. They say it’s not in the system but we literally saw them pop-up yet they weren’t letting us have them, We spent a bunch of money on that and it an’t worth it at all I wouldn’t come again . We were at table 25”

  “The experience was really bad this time the lady staffs who where there today night 23rd July. better need some training how to behave the one who comes there. Then we ordered mango mash monster when we got the drink there was no ice cubes in the drink we asked for ice cubes after only she said there is no ice cubes if they know there is no ice cubes they can inform us when we ordered.better the lady was in the counter with glasses she can have some training to behave to the one who is coming there ever worst service experience from that lady staff and also when we we ordered some additional drinks just asked her to clear the glasses she was showing her attitude and have enough time to make chat with off shift rather than attending the customer there. The additional drinks the we ordered was delivered by the off shift staff even though she was much kind than the lady who was in the shift . We just came as a stress relief after all the working days with friends we were really disappointed by the behaviour of the lady staffs in first floor really worst experience ever had from here . She was behaving like she is the boss here. They can behave to the people in a polite way better than like ordering to them ever worst service by them. Every work place is not space not to show their personal attitude show off”

  “Always love the curry club. Good value and tastes really nice. 2 poppadoms and naan. Add mango chutney and i would be there every week. They also offer a higher end beer which is nice.”

  “Great atmosphere, especially on club nights. Usually brilliant food like you’d expect from a spoons. Toilets are usually in a state but what do expect? Main issue on my recent visit was the lack of sour cream and sweet chilli that’s very clearly listed with the food, no attempt to rectify this either before by informing me or after by giving me the option for something else.”

  “The pub was busy enough but no priority given to those ordering via the App. We waited 20 mins to get our drinks and that was only after we went to the counter to chase it. We had noticed most people who went to the bar were served immediately. The food we ordered was x2 pizzas and it was very average.”

  “I recently visited Wetherspoons and overall had a really good experience. The atmosphere was great, and most of the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. In particular, there was a ginger-haired guy who stood out — he was incredibly helpful, polite, and made sure everything was running smoothly. His attitude really added to the positive vibe of the visit. However, the experience wasn’t perfect. There was a girl with strawberry blonde hair working at the upstairs bar who was extremely rude and disrespectful. Her attitude was disappointing and unfortunately put a bit of a damper on the visit.People like that really ruin moods. That said, aside from that one interaction, everyone else was so lovely and made the experience enjoyable. I’d definitely come back, hoping for the same great service from the rest of the team.”

  “Pub was quiet on a Saturday night. We went there on the way out to somewhere else to grab a quick drink and dinner. We both ordered burgers; one was edible, the other is shown in the attached photo. When the server came to check if the food was OK, I mentioned it to him and he told me that I would have to speak to a Manager. I asked for a Manager at the bar and after 10 minutes just had to leave, as it would have made us late. I wrote to Wetherspoons customer service the next day and after 2 weeks, have had no reply. Probably OK just for a quick drink, but don't go here if you are hungry - you will be disappointed.”

  “This is a very large, bright and contemporary pub in the heart of this rather somnolent town. It was mercifully low key: a haven of peace and tranquility when I visited on a Sunday at 1730. This is in stark contrast to some of the London-based Spoons in my hometown which resemble, at times, scenes from the Wild West, complete with the odd gun-slinger (minus cowboy hats). There is a range of tables and seating inside with extensive patio and balcony tables and chairs outside. The usual excellent range of ales, spirits, cocktails and wine were on offer at very reasonable and highly competitive prices. There were far too many baseball caps in evidence for my sartorial tastes, but at least they did not sport the ‘Make America/UK Great Again’ logo- a blessed relief…at least for now. There is currently a beer festival (1-12 October) which, for the discerning pub-goer, should sound a note of caution in terms of ‘exuberant’ (I.e., totally pissed) behaviour. Nonetheless, enjoy, but be very careful when you choose to go. Early mornings (0.630🤭)would be advisable during this ‘promotion’ period. In general, recommended.”

  “It is a venue sent by heaven when it comes down to the variety of drinks vs prices. Hands down it has the most varieties of drinks I have seen yet. The main attraction is the price. Infact, all the pics you saw, the total bill for all those items was only 38£. The seating arrangement is thoughtful. We sat at 1st floor. It also has an outdoor seating but we didn't go there due to cold as we went at night. We ordered through their app. Food and drinks were served directly at our table under 10-15 minutes. All the dishes (Fish chips, Pizza, nachos and cheese fries) were tasty! Do remember to read menu and order properly as they have created schemes like any 3 items for 14£, any 2 cocktails for 14£ etc. Pay attention, take your time. Crowd was also good and it consisted of both young and matured age groups. Only improvement I would say that's needed is they didn't have any sort of background music on. A simple background house music will further enhance the overall experience of this place. I would certainly rate it as my go to place anytime.”
