  “I use to use ling lings every week but I ordered special chow mien but it was just noodles no onion or anything other than noodles. Is that how ling lings chef likes to cook it or am I wrong as it would taste so much better with the other ingredients like onion,some veg etc. It would be easy to make it better owners what do you think?”

  “Pre-ordered using their app which is very well designed! Arrived exactly on time and the food was perfectly hot. The quality is top notch and I can honestly say no complains from me. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a Chinese in Newton Abbot and I will be ordering from here in future.”

  “This establishment has always been my go-to Chinese restaurant in the area. Despite having relocated, we occasionally visit and are pleased to find that the quality of the food remains exceptional. The flavors are consistently fresh and delicious, making it difficult to find a better Chinese dining experience elsewhere. We had a salt and pepper box to see what the hype was about. So much flavor.”

  “Food took 2 hours 15 minutes to arrive cold and 2 items wrong. Was unable to contact to get this rectified when we finally did it then took an additional 30 minutes for the correct items to arrive whilst the rest of the food was cold and had to be reheated. No offer of partial refund ect. Contacted twice to chase order once informed on its way this was after waiting 1.5 hours then 2nd time after waiting 1.45 hours told would call back never did. Bare in mind we live close enough if we were able to collect we would have. £45 wasted!”

  “We were apprehensive about ordering due to previous reviews, however we were pleasantly surprised! The food was really good, the service by the lady on the phone was excellent. The food turned up on time and it was hot. We would recommend and will order again!”

  “Really disappointed. I so badly wanted to enjoy this as the takeaways around here aren’t great. Ordered at approx 18:45 (could have been slightly before) and it said there would be a 90 minute wait, fair enough, it’s a Saturday. However at 20:30, 1.45 hours later, I called to ask where the food was. The guy I spoke to didn’t seem to know where our food was and said it was due to a lack of drivers as the food was ready. He said we would have it in 20 to 30 minutes. At 21:15 (45 mins after that phone call) and 2 hours 30 mins after ordering, I tried to call twice with no answer and left a vm asking for a call back ( never received one) Finally a few minutes later the delivery man arrived. Prawn crackers and pancakes were nice but not hot. Chilli chicken was meant to be spicy and wasn’t at all and beef and broccoli was really plain. To top it off, they didn’t send us the right order, we ordered a beef chow mein and received a mushroom one. Really disappointed and £47 down.”

  “Fantastic food It's not a posh place so the food has to make up the difference and it dose Chicken balls big chunks of chicken with just the right amount of batter Salt and pepper chicken honest not the best I have ever had but does come in a close second The spicy pork I really enjoyed Staff are very friendly and will take any responsible changes Good value good food Anyone complaining about speed of delivery either get off your ass and pick it up or don't be tight and send a taxi Mark”
