“The worst food I have ever been served. The chicken was tough and chewy, the mushroom and beef smelled and tasted off, rank mushrooms and inedible. The chicken and peppers was completely inedible, smelled like it had gone off. Serving the cheapest/ lowest quality ingredients to Brits as disguised as Chinese food at “good prices”. Avoid if you value your body!!”

“Slowest delivery ever. Took 2 hours to arrive. Rang up to see where the food was and the lady just says its Friday so everyone is waiting. Not a single sorry just shrugged us off. If you're happy to wait 2 hours plus for your food then crack on. Order finally arrived 55 minutes after estimated time of arrival.”

“Absolutely not recommended. Overcooked food, bland taste, long wait times and not worth the price.”

“The staff are extremely rude. I ordered a takeaway that was meant to come at 9.30. 50 mins from when I ordered it. So it should arrive after my boyfriend got home. However it arrived 40 minutes early and I had no notification that it was on its way. My doorbell went and I buzzed them in thinking it's my partner. We live in an apartment building on the third floor so have to buzz people in. However it wasn't my partner who came up but the delivery driver who shouted in my face saying she shouldn't have to come up 3 flights of stairs and isn't her job to deliver food at her door and that I should have met her outside. I tried to explain that I wasn't expecting her and I have a back injury so I can't rush down the stairs. Thats why my boyfriend does it. But she kept saying it's not her job and was getting nasty. I was really upset. My boyfriend came home as she was leaving and proceeded to shout at him. We phoned China Garden to complain about there driver. They proceeded to laugh and just went 'and? what's the problem? ' They didn't care about how there staff talk to customers and the apology they gave was filled with laughter. Safe to say we wont be using them again”

“Ordered a Chinese tonight, the driver couldn't find our address. When he called the 2nd time started getting lippy with the wife. When it finally got here 25 minutes late it was stone cold & inedible. Never Again & the owners wasn't much help, well it was hot when it went out. Yes but 25 minutes late. But it was hot when we sent it out. Well Done China Garden ((( NOT )))”

“Absolutely disgusting. I was served by a genuine kid, prob 10 or 11 and in fairness he was polite enough but I twice made speciations about my order, at the start and to reiterate at the end and it still came wrong. On top of that the meat (well what little there was of it) was cold so not warmed through enough and it didn’t even look like chicken. Tried to eat it but it makes me feel ill so I’ll bin it. Just try anywhere else!”
