Customer Review Summary
Service is inconsistent, though. Multiple reviewers describe slow or careless handling of large group orders, including one party disputing a missing meal and another reporting a long delay with a dried out dish and missing cutlery. One reviewer describes a bar staff member as curt and unhelpful during a busy lunch order. Most seriously, one reviewer reports a table cancellation after a guest with an egg and nut allergy was told to bring her own food to be microwaved. Despite this, several say the generous, hot portions keep them returning.

“Booked a bottomless brunch for 47 people for my best friends Hen do this past Saturday 1/8/26, the team could not do enough for you! Service was fantastic with staff constantly ensuring drinks were topped up, there was a great selection of drinks and the food was just what you need for a bottomless brunch , at £35 a head it’s an absolute bargain and I will be recommending it to others!”

“Lots of us spending loads of money. Staff were useless and slow. Ordered food for everyone and they missed one meal off. And they insisted that we had received the meal. It cost 10 quid , we had already spent around 400 quid why would we lie . You would think we were trying to rob the place Absolutely disgusting attitude. Especially the little girl manager with a chip on her shoulder. We all left and they lost probably a couple grand for a 10 quid meal.”

“Waited nearly 45 minutes 2 meal arrived had to ask where the other meal was 1st meal just warm and dried out 2nd meal arrived 5 minutes later cutlery brought with 1 fork had to go and find someone to request another. Not good I have worked in hospitality and know it's hard but really just not on”

“Had to cancel a table for 12 people 2 days before as the chef refused to serve one of the guests with an egg and nut allergy. She was told if she wants to attend with her friends to bring her own food and they will microwave it! A lovely way to make someone feel really embarrassed and ruin someone's plans. Its 2026 this type of thing should not happen. Disgusting customer service.”
