Customer Review Summary

Diners most often return for the mixed grill and shawarma, with reviewers praising lamb that "melted in my mouth" and meat cooked with plenty of flavour. Close behind are the chicken wraps, described as packed with flavour and perfectly grilled, and the sambousek cheese pastry filled with melty halloumi. Staff come up almost as often as the food, described as friendly and attentive, and several call the portions good value. One regular of many years notes consistent quality, and another says free salad, breads and even desserts have arrived at the table. A few mention a busy Saturday night, and one reviewer suggests booking on Friday and Saturday. The criticism centres on the parmo. Two reviewers call it the worst they have had, one describing overcooked, tough, dark-meat chicken and the other a sealed box that felt like a frozen ready meal, with flat potato pieces instead of chips. One says no replacement or refund was offered. Most other reviewers close on a return visit, with a few mentioning bringing family.

“Amazing. Hadn't been for a while but it's clearly been refurbished inside to make it more of a dining in experience but that's not to say it wasn't great before, it's just been enhanced. The food was great and all cooked brilliantly, the service and staff were all amazing and friendly. The mixed grill was delicious and the menu has lots of great choices as well. We booked in advance as it was a Saturday night which I'm glad we did as it was quite busy so booking possibly on Friday and Saturday nights is recommended. Not much parking outside the venue but there is plenty of parking near by. Overall, highly recommended.”
