“Lovely little cafe that I stumbled upon by accident but will definitely be back! Gorgeous scrambled tofu for breakfast, but I'm desperate to go back and try the mains. Banging turmeric chai latte too. Cosy and welcoming inside.”

“There was an amazing meditation workshop here with Dada Jyotirupananda of Ananda Marga! I'm happy to see spiritual community events happening in Newcastle. The food here was phenomenal. I got the Tom Yum noodles, blue lagoon smoothie, key lime pie, lemon balm tea, and beetroot rose cake. I'd highly recommend all of them. Christy and the other staff helped create an ambiance where I felt welcomed, relaxed, and happy. Great place to work remote with good WiFi. Vegan food is da best. I support compassion for animals and the planet!”

“Turned up at the DiverCity hub centre for the advertised event hosted by this cafe, only for venue staff to have no idea an event was taking place. Walked over to the cafe, where a staff member informed me it had been postponed. The cancellation was apparently only posted as a temporary Instagram story, with zero updates on their main pages, website, or at the venue itself. Other people arrived at the DiverCity hub with heavy bags equally confused. Relying on a 24-hour story meant I wasted time, effort carrying heavy bags (while wearing a hidden disability sunflower lanyard), and money on Ubers. While the owner did take my bags to donate to charity, no apology or basic gesture of goodwill—like a discounted meal or drink—was offered for the wasted travel and inconvenience. While the food was good, the seating was very uncomfortable and the tiny wooden table was extremely wobbly. Overall, really disappointing organization, physical setup, and customer service. Toilet was also horrible and extremely claustrophobic.”
