Customer Review Summary

Reviewers most often point to the panoramic views over the Newcastle skyline, called stunning and spectacular, even on a wet day or at sunset over cocktails. Food comes close behind, with the shredded lamb Sunday roast, a short rib, chicken ballotine stuffed with truffle and berry pavlova singled out, while scones and tea earn praise from an afternoon tea visit. A pianist and singer on a Friday evening and the signature cocktails also get mentions. Staff are repeatedly called lovely. The recurring complaints are pacing and atmosphere. One diner waited for drinks and for an order to be taken while a later couple was served first, and food arrived late with servers hard to find. Another sat through a long gap before dessert and was never offered more drinks. A few find the room too dark, lifeless or like an office, and some call the menu expensive or say the route to the right floor is poorly signposted. One family celebrating a birthday was surprised when their server brought a small treat to the table, unasked.

“Took my mam here for Mother’s Day on the 13/3/26 and loved it, got a wowcher code which made it slightly cheaper. The food was amazing, the drinks were lovely, expensive though but well worth the price. The staff were lovely and the whole place felt like luxury. Only wish it was signposted a bit better as we couldn’t work out how to get to the right floor.”

“We just wanted to leave a review for 3Sixty in Newcastle. We were warmly welcomed by the lovely Monika while looking for a place to enjoy afternoon tea. She truly went above and beyond our expectations, arranging a beautiful table with a stunning view of the city. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious scones and tea, and the whole experience was made even more special by Monika’s kindness and excellent customer service. Thank you for such a wonderful afternoon, we will definitely be back!”

“Absolutely Gorgeous! Stunning 360° views of the Newcastle skyline! 🏙 Fantastic venue. Staff and service are impeccable! We went there for a couple of cocktails to start our night out while watching the sunset from an incredible viewpoint ❤️ Absolutely a hidden gem! It was a Friday evening and there was an incredibly talented pianist/singer preforming for the ambiance too. It was simply sublime! Highly recommend! They also do fantastic food and tea services too.”

“Where to start, we got this as a gift for our Birthdays and we used it on our Anniversary. We booked for Sunday for 5pm got there at twenty to 5. We got a nice welcome and was advised Sunday lunch was served till 5pm so they would seat us and sort drinks. We sat down and didnt get a drink until 10 past 5. We were told we would be the 1st to place an order as soon as they open the ordering. They then came to take our order at half past 5. I then asked what cocktails we get and they advise one of the signature cocktails and to give her a shout once we decided which cocktail. Another couple then came in they were offered their cocktails straight away and when they delivered their cocktails they took there food order. Their food then came and still ours had not, 6pm our food came. Food was okay to good, Bao buns were nice although the butter chicken tasted like Aldi perinaise and it said it comes with coriander and it had microcilantro or another microgreen on, i would have preferred coriander itself as it would of added more flavour . The croquettes were tasty and I think 3 would be a better portion size. The Ragu was lovely quite dry but tasty lamb was tender. Servers were lovely and friendly but nowhere to be seen at times. We won't be back as I find the place to be a little grubby, I felt it lacked character and I felt at time that I was sitting in an office. I was gutted and I wish we could have left a better review. The cocktails were really good though and the views were spectacular. We were sat to the left of the elevator and that room just felt lifeless, I did have a walk around and in the part passed the toilets the restaurant seemed nicer and more staff to be seen.”
