  “We held the wake for my late husband, I cannot praise the staff enough for the care and service they provided during such a difficult time. They made us and all our guests feel very welcome, and everything was handled with kindness and professionalism. The food was lovely, the service was excellent, and the room was a good size with a warm and pleasant atmosphere. Thank you to everyone at The Engine Inn for helping to make a difficult day that little bit easier. Your efforts and kindness were very much appreciated, and I would highly recommend you to anyone looking for a venue for a family gathering.”

  “We have been here numerous times and never had an issue however, we came for Sunday dinner yesterday and it was like we'd been forgotten. We had to ask for dessert menus which were thrown on the table and then she never came back to take the order. We went to order the vanilla creme brulee and wasn't told it would be chocolate and cherry brulee, we then had to go find someone to pay. Wasn't the best experience”
