  “Great atmosphere. Very Friendly bar staff. The landlord and land lady made me feel very comfortable and important. Food is lovely and the only pub in the area with a pool table. Events on almost every week and a good selection of draft beer, ales and ciders. This is now a regular spot for me.”

  “This is a nice village local. Staff are very efficient and very friendly. Good menu selection including vegan. They often have a band or singer on Friday or Saturday nights. The garden is safe and wonderful!”

  “Popped in for a cheeky one whilst waiting for some food elsewhere. Staff quick to attend and know the order of bar, so no queue jumping. Decent pint and glass of white, served nicely and at a good price. …”

  “We had a lovely meal here for an early Christmas celebration and it was really nice. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent and generous helpings and great value for money. Definitely going to return for more meals in future!”

  “A lovely pub with picturesque beer garden to the side... Fair size carpark to rear. Maria and Simon have this place looking stunning attention to detail is clear to see here.. What puts this place a step above the rest is that they open for drinks at 10am instead of the usual 11/12. Customers can relax and unwind with a coffee or a pint earlier than usual Breakfast is served Wednesday to Sunday from 10am and pizzas from 12-9pm daily This is a great Pub / Hub with a lot of locals in today enjoying chatting and relaxing together, this place must be a great community link for these people. Simon and Maria have been very friendly and welcoming Thanks guys 😎”

  “We spent mother's day there. Had the most amazing roast dinner and fabulous desert. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere of the pub was lovely, They had an amazing singer, she was brilliant Dionne Clarke.... Had a really lovely time .”
